Chronic Kidney Disease Management
Working in partnership with board certified nephrologists, with oversight by Dr. Richard Spector from Haddon Renal Medical Specialists, our Chronic Kidney Disease Management team clinical team is trained to provide specialized care and services to patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and related diagnoses, with dialysis conveniently delivered on campus. To best accommodate the singular needs of this population, we have allocated a special wing to their care with a dedicated nurse on-hand to coordinate treatment.

We have partnered with Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice for palliative medical care and pastoral support to address the pain, symptoms, and stress of chronic illness. Our proactive efforts, inclusive of an organized set of interventions are focused on the needs of a chronically ill and compromised patient population.

Memory Support
Our Journeys Memory Support Program is designed to serve those living with Alzheimer’s disease or other related dementia. This program is offered in our secure Journeys memory care neighborhood that promotes functional ability while maintaining safety. Our program philosophy is to meet each resident where they are in their memory journey and to customize our care approach with a goal of maintaining the highest level of function, independence, and quality of life.
Our Journeys Neighborhood is a modern and bright environment that encourages joy in daily living. Each day, our residents enjoy opportunities to explore, grow and participate in enriching experiences. The Urgent SNF™ Service at Marquis Health Consulting Services supports a global health care expectation for the right provision of care in the right place at the right time. Therefore, our solution driven service aims to provide an alternative option to individuals not meeting acute admission criteria, supervisory skilled rehabilitation services, skilled nursing oversight or stabilization. URGENT SNF™ PAYMENT
OPTIONS: Medicare Primary: 3-night Stay within 30 days HMO: Willingness to accept without prior authorization with select HMO/ MCO Private Pay: Reduced Private Pay All Inclusive Rate promoting the stabilization often necessary to avoid repeat and unnecessary ER/ED visits.
