Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Our Orthopedic Rehab Program was designed with you in mind and is led by a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Jason Tartaglione. The program's clinically proven orthopedic care pathways, coupled with our signature rehabilitation experience, is an optimal option for your post-hospital rehabilitation.

Cardiac Rehab

Benefits of cardiac rehab:

• Healthy lifestyle changes- poor dietary choices and an inactive lifestyle can exacerbate heart conditions, but old habits are hard to break. About 31% of all global deaths are due to cardiovascular disease, which develops as a result of unhealthy weight, poor stress management, and smoking. Cardiac rehab teaches people how to control these risk factors and improve long-term heart health.

• Personalized exercise plans- patients who have gone through cardiac events are understandably anxious about exercise and other strenuous activities. One of the biggest benefits of cardiac rehab is having a personalized exercise plan and a dedicated coach who can ease your concerns and provide encouragement as you transition back to daily life at home. Physical activity not only helps your heart, but it strengthens your coordination, balance, and muscles.

• Ongoing assessments and analyzations- risk factors like blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol need to be monitored after a heart attack. For example, too much cholesterol blocks arteries and can lead to a heart attack, but the perfect amount helps you digest food and make Vitamin D. Going through cardiac rehab teaches patients how to review each risk factor and interpret the results so that they have early warning signs of new or returning issues.

• Psychological and social support- cardiac events affect patients physically, emotionally, and socially in ways they never anticipated. Cardiac rehab provides patients with all elements needed to completely recover, including counseling for depression or other psychological concerns. Subacute Rehab

At Bayview, we are dedicated to proactively addressing your rehabilitation needs in a modern and tranquil setting. Reflective of our approach, we start planning your discharge immediately upon admission. Individualized care plans are crafted to ensure optimal healing – fully preparing you for your return home.

Geared towards individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, stroke, cardiac or pulmonary condition – our goal is to restore independence and maximum function. To get you back to yourself and home as soon as possible, we deliver cutting-edge therapies up to 7 days a week. Our expert rehab professionals craft custom rehabilitation regimens utilizing the latest rehab technology and techniques to accelerate your recovery.

The Urgent SNF Service at Marquis Health Consulting Services supports a global health care expectation for the right provision of care in the right place at the right time.Therefore, our solution driven service aims to provide an alternative option to individuals not meeting acute admission criteria, however requiring and/or benefiting from supervisory skilled rehabilitation services, skilled nursing oversight or stabilization.

Private Pay: Reduced Private Pay All Inclusive Rate promoting the stabilization often necessary to avoid repeat and unnecessary ER/ED visits. All-inclusive services include room/board, meals, therapy and nursing services.
