Alzheimer's & Dementia Care

Morgan provides a secure and nurturing setting for individuals in need of Alzheimer’s care and support.

For older adults experiencing memory loss from living with dementia such as Alzheimer’s disease, a more personal level of care may be necessary. Our combination of qualified caregivers, comprehensive innovative treatments, and specialized attention creates a care setting like no other. We’ve created a neighborhood that is truly home to both our residents and their family members who are always welcome to visit.

Subacute Rehab

At Morgan we are dedicated to proactively addressing your subacute rehabilitation needs in a modern and tranquil setting. Reflective of our approach, we start planning your discharge immediately upon admission. Individualized care plans are crafted to ensure optimal healing –fully preparing you for your return home.

Geared towards individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, stroke, cardiac or pulmonary condition – our goal is to restore independence and maximum function. To get you back to yourself and home as soon as possible, we deliver cutting-edge therapies that are available up to 7 days a week. Under the direction of a physiatrist, our interdisciplinary team of professionals promotes positive outcomes with a minimal length of stay.

The Urgent SNF Service at Marquis Health Consulting Services supports a global health care expectation for the right provision of care in the right place at the right time.Therefore, our solution driven service aims to provide an alternative option to individuals not meeting acute admission criteria, however requiring and/or benefiting from supervisory skilled rehabilitation services, skilled nursing oversight or stabilization.

Private Pay: Reduced Private Pay All Inclusive Rate promoting the stabilization often necessary to avoid repeat and unnecessary ER/ED visits. All-inclusive services include room/board, meals, therapy and nursing services.
