Dedicated to the post-hospitalization care of individuals recovering from joint replacement, cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and other acute medical conditions, our excellent inpatient rehab program features physiatry driven rehab programming, daily therapies, state-of-the-art equipment and an array of amenities to enhance your comfort. Our subacute rehab program is recognized for successfully reducing hospital readmissions and restoring physical function to individuals recovering from surgery or illness.

Cardiopulmonary Care

Our physician led program, under the direction of both a cardiologist and pulmonologist, is focused on helping patients achieve the most active life possible despite any cardiopulmonary diagnoses and physical limitations.

We tailor our program for individuals with heart disease and pulmonary disease, with diagnoses such as: CHF, COPD, post heart and lung transplants, emphysema, acute myocardial infarctions and acute respiratory failure.

Our comprehensive program features:

• Team consults by our board-certified cardiologists and pulmonologists

• ACLS certified nurses

• Full-time respiratory therapist

• 7 days per week therapy services as prescribed

• 24/7 access to laboratory and radiology services

• Tracheostomy care and management

• On-site EKGs and echocardiograms

• Wide range of oxygen therapies

• Remote monitored in-house telemetry

• Cardiac inotropic drips

• Nebulizer therapies

• Pacemaker assessment and monitoring

• Patient-centered needs/preferences identified on admission with assessments and continues throughout the stay

• Choosing the appropriate placement in the Marquis continuum

The Urgent SNF Service at Marquis Health Consulting Services supports a global health care expectation for the right provision of care in the right place at the right time.Therefore, our solution driven service aims to provide an alternative option to individuals not meeting acute admission criteria, however requiring and/or benefiting from supervisory skilled rehabilitation services, skilled nursing oversight or stabilization.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Medicare A: (qualified 3 night) stay within 30 days

HMO: Willingness to accept without prior authorization with select HMO/ MCO

Private Pay: Reduced Private Pay All Inclusive Rate promoting the stabilization often necessary to avoid repeat and unnecessary ER/ED visits. All-inclusive services include room/board, meals, therapy and nursing services.
