Our exceptional continuum of care features a specialty orthopedic recovery program, respite care, memory care and a chronic kidney disease specialty program with an onsite hemodialysis den in a newly renovated and beautiful setting.

Orthopedic Transition

To get back on your feet following orthopedic surgery, a rigorous and targeted rehab regimen is key. We design an effective Orthopedic Transition plan in consultation with our therapists, doctors, your physician, and a board-certified physiatrist. Our goal is to help you regain your normal level of activity and return home as quickly as possible

Our intensive Orthopedic Transition Program is geared towards individuals recovering from:

• Bone fractures

• Traumatic injury

• Spinal surgery

Physical, occupational and speech therapies are delivered daily in our state-of-theart gym, utilizing an array of high-tech equipment and most up-to-date treatment modalities. Patients are fully engaged in the rehabilitation process and our rehab professionals are encouraging and compassionate as they motivate each individual to achieve what they thought was impossible. Our hands-on approach begins with an initial evaluation and extends through post-discharge care. Prior to leaving The Brentwood, we make sure you know how to exercise properly and how to care for your body to prevent recurring injury

Behavioral Health

Behavioral health is an integral component of our care management model. Our diverse, interdisciplinary team are experts in patient-centered care for individuals with complex medical conditions and underlying mental illness. From screening and assessing depression to developing compensatory strategies to manage behaviors. Our clinical team of experts provides comprehensive care to meet the unique challenges of the individual. The Brentwood recognizes coordinated behavioral health services are the future of population-based healthcare.

Subacute Rehab

Our fully renovated Subacute Rehabilitation Unit is the ideal environment for individuals who require intense rehabilitation following a hospital stay. Physical, occupational and speech therapies are offered 7 days a week in our new state-ofthe-art gym where patients are encouraged to attain new levels of mobility.

Led by our Subacute Medical Director Dr. Vivienne Yumasi, our team of subacute specialists takes pride in knowing every patient by name. They respect the input of patients and their family members, and work together with them to accelerate the course of recovery. Patients benefit from our progressive goal-oriented approach – specifically designed to help one reach their optimal level of function and get back home as soon as possible.

The Urgent SNF Service at Marquis Health Consulting Services supports a global health care expectation for the right provision of care in the right place at the right time.Therefore, our solution driven service aims to provide an alternative option to individuals not meeting acute admission criteria, however requiring and/or benefiting from supervisory skilled rehabilitation services, skilled nursing oversight or stabilization.
