Lizzie Beth County the daughter Fellowship

Pastor (Prophet) Melvin Bowles and Lillie Mac Parks Bowles. On November 30, 2024, while surrounded by the love and comfort of her family God decided to call his good and faithful servant home.

Lizzie was a sweet and loving person but yet firm in the Holy Spirit to all whom she came in contact with. Her smile and conversations about Jesus have led many to believe in Christ. Lizzie loved the Lord with all her heart , and she loved people in spite of. She enjoyed spending time with her sisters, children and grandchildren every chance that she could. In the community and family she was known as a powerful prayer warrior who could get in touch with God! Lizzie could be found morning before day seeking God, and later on sitting on the porch ready for all who entered her home to greet them with the love of Christ. Lizzie also spent time sewing as a skilled seamstress as well as cooking her famous food that fed so many people near and afar in different cafes’ in her day. She was a faithful, lifelong member of Woodbury Miracle Fellowship Center, where she was an integral part of the Mother Board ministry. Occasionally visiting nursing homes, and hospitals praying for healing for the sick. Lizzie was truly a servant of God.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Mattie Mae Bowles; siblings: Lillie Mae Bowles, Sallie Lou Bowles-Hixon, Haralson Bowles, Veola Bowles, Tommy Lewis Bowles, Joe Lewis Bowles, Mac Arthur Bowles, and Amos Bowles; two granddaughters, Delrika Prather and Rhonda Parks.
