No More Dilapidation deposit upfront! Paying a dilapidation deposit is an essential part of renting a home, as any landlord rightly wants security against damage to their property caused by a tenant either deliberately or accidentally. Finding the dilapidation deposit when you are moving into a new home can be tough, especially when you are paying the first month’s rent and other costs associated with moving home. Why become overwhelmed when a major issue arises or be constantly hassled by a needy tenant? LETTINGS MANAGEMENT – This department provides you with your own dedicated property manager who will carry out property inspections to ensure your property is being looked after and advise you of any issues. We will organise and oversee any maintenance or repairs that may be needed and act as a main point of contact for your tenants, so you won’t be called at all hours’ of the day and night with the slightest problems. We will however keep you updated as much or as little as you like. L A N D & NE W HOM E S The process of purchasing a new built flat or house, either for investment or occupation is a specialism that many estate agents are ill-equipped to deal with. It is quite different from negotiating the sale of a normal home. This is why many developers employ specific new homes departments and staff.
