I met Bobbie a few years ago, but got to know her recently. She is a beautiful person, and I am not only recalling as how elegant Bobbie is, she is an amazing person that I am truly honored to know her.

Bobbie Chance started acting when she was 17 years old. She moved from New York to Los Angeles to meet an old family friend in Malibu, and as she calls it “I was in a right place at the right moment” this lead her to become what she dreamed; being an actress. After auditioning for a part in a beach party movie, she not only got past in the starring role, but she also signed a 7 years contract with the studio.

After starring in six beach party movies, she realized that this is not what she Wanted to do. She was seeking more serious roles, and this was the start that lead her to star with Rob Reiner and Academy Award winning actor Richard Dreyfuss and Larry Bishop. They starred

in the comedy group “the Session”,the first improve group that ultimately started before “Saturday Night Live”. The Session split up, and Bobbie met writer Larry Chance who she has been married to 40 years.

In her first independent movie Bobbie starred with David Carradine “In You and Me”. She went on to star in several other independent films.

When she was pregnant with her daughter Allison, and couldn’t act, her husband Larry suggested for her to start coaching actors, she was excited and went for it. Bobbie started Expressions Unlimited Acting studio in Sherman Oaks, California.

Since then many celebrities Actors like Sir. Anthony Hopkins, Kurt Russell, Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston, Andy Garcia have all worked out on Bobbie’s stage.

Some of the Celebrities who have studied with Bobbie are Scarlett Johansson, Drew Barrymore, Giovanni Ribisi, Taryn Manning, The Kardashians, Sophia Bush, Martin Lawrence, and so many others.

Bobbie says “Art not only heals, but brightens the gap of culture and language”. She says; her love for Arts and Children guided her to crusade with The Free Arts for Abused Children. She invented a process by incorporating Theater games and onstage improves to help the children deal with their emotional wounds. The success of this process leads the children to learn to trust others.

Life gets even more exciting for Bobbie. She has been contracted by Star Audiovisual Media Group to coach 100 aspiring and professional actors who live in the People’s Republic of China. She will be going to Beijing. This has been arranged by Donna Zhang, Secretary General for High Tech Committee in Beijing and Head of the Beijing Film Commission. Bobbie’ s tour starts in winter 2015.

Bobbie is so proud of her Actor/Producer son Richie Chance who is starring in “A Night Walk” with Eric Roberts and currently starring with Bruce Willis in Marauders. Her daughter Allison Victoria Chance who is on board as a producer for “I Love Hollywood” written by Larry Chance. Allison has also been working for 6 years with drug addicts helping them to come out of the dark side of themselves.

When I asked Bobbie about her inspiration she said the music of Rachmaninoff, and Picasso’s paintings. and of course my amazing husband Larry. His sense of truth is like an old Indian chief, he taught me how to follow my bliss, my bliss comes from passion.

We hear Gandhi’s ‘be the change you want to see in the world.’ I had embraced it but I wasn’t so conscious of it. I dutifully worked at an educational institution whose mission I loved. I was a faithful wife and caring daughter. I shifted and tweaked as life went on … until one day everything broke, and I was never the same. It took me almost two decades to undergo a transformation through loss, illness, and healing. Because of the depth of my experience, I have developed compassion for myself and others. Now a Reiki Master and astrologer, I walk with fellow human beings in lovingkindness.

The impetus to change for me was a soul crushing one. I had lost a newborn as a result of a difficult delivery. Piles of cards, floral arrangements filled our small home with care. I was numb, impenetrable. My body wanted to feed a child. My mind circulated why and what went wrong. It was a healthy pregnancy. I followed instructions. The trauma awakened my childhood patterns of feeling unsafe, wronged, and undeserving.

Unbeknownst to me, the heartbreak was the beginning of my building a new home within. At the time, Pluto, the planet representing death and regeneration, was crossing a point in my astrological chart that signifies how I engaged the world.

With this synchronistic passage in the heavens, I could perish, get bitter, or answer the call. I chose the last option.

It was not a straight line to a positive change.

Even though I was lucky to have another child soon after, I let his needs superseded everything, including my wellbeing. He kept me busy from feeling the pain inside. I also helped my mother leave an abusive marriage. I had always wanted to save her. Then I got sick with a mysterious, chronic condition, multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS).

My old ways of grin and bear it broke my body.

I was dizzy and nauseated, working part-time, and raising a four-year-old. The ailment incurred major expenses and stress on my marriage.

Illness is a messenger of the mind, body, and spirit.

Finally, I had to listen.

I got weekly vitamin C IVs and rotated what I ate.

Mercury amalgams and cavitations were removed from my mouth. I was coping with MCS but I couldn’t be free of it. My body revolted. No more

IVs and I was referred to a hypnotherapist. In her black recliner, the real healing began. I recognized my past traumas—deep wounds I experienced as a child in Asia with parents who had their own harsh beginnings, and a punishing school environment. The imprints festered, replayed in dynamics in my life, and produced nightmares which I got used to having.

With the therapist as a witness, I recognized the past and connected with my inner child. I appreciated my body instead of holding its weakness in contempt. I learned to receive the gifts of my intuition. Symptoms went away because my brain was no longer hypervigilant and ready for attack. I became an empowered version of myself.

I have since found my calling. I practice Reiki –it gives me a way to stay in the physical while connecting to the metaphysical. It lets me bring relief to those who suffer.

Often changes don’t happen overnight. Have faith, that lessons are being learned as you fight through tough times and work to understand what the self is really asking of you. Acknowledge the courage you muster to endure hardships, and see yourself as the hero in your journey. The bigger the challenge, the more poignant the lesson, and the bigger the pat on the back. Self-love fortify us. Once we have it, we can’t help but spread it. And the world becomes a gentler place.

An interview with Barry Eaton the author of Afterlife, and No Goodbyes.

Barry reveals information gleamed from his experiences with the spirit world, about destiny and free will, world unrest, the effects of negativity and addiction, dealing with skeptics, soul energy guidance, consulting mediums and psychics, soul growth, and other insights into the bigger picture.

His book offers new information from spirits living in the advanced stages of life after death, who believe that their time has come to let people know the answers to mysteries that have puzzled them for generations.

Barry Eaton is well known in his native Australia as a mainstream journalist and broadcaster, and for his internet radio show RadioOutThere.com He gives regular talks and lectures, as well as one-on-one sessions as a psychic intuitive. His first book, Afterlife, was published by Tarcher/ Penguin in 2013.

1. What inspired you to write your first book?

My partner Judy passed over quite suddenly in August 1997. We had started a radio program together called Celestial Power earlier that year, and one of the studio guests was Ruth Phillips, a very talented medium. Ruth rang me three months later and asked if I would like to connect with Judy in the afterlife. To say that was a life changing connection for me is a huge understatement.

I believe everyone who passes over leaves behind a gift, or legacy, and mine was to be encouraged to embrace my abilities as a medium. I had earlier studied astrology and clairvoyancy and was doing readings and an astrology magazine column, along with my work as a news anchor and lecturer in Journalism. Two very different worlds coming together as I was often teased by some of my colleagues in the media.

As my abilities grew as a medium in the next few years after Judy passed, we stayed in regular contact. In 2000 I started facilitating a spiritual development group and Judy would often come through at our sessions, bringing other spirits to connect with the group members.

Shortly after that she kept sending me messages urging me to write a book. These messages came from many different sources, even from Bob Murray, a medium living in Canada. Bob contacted me to say a woman by the name of Judy told him “ask Barry when he’s going to write that book”!

Eventually I gave in to all this nagging from the spirit world and wrote “Afterlife – Uncovering The Secrets of Life After Death” which was published

by Tarcher in the US in 2013. My second book, “No Goodbyes – Life Changing Insights From The Other Side” was published in August this year by Tarcher, a part of the Penguin Group.

2. Do you have a specific writing style?

Having worked in radio and TV for many years as a presenter and anchor, I tend more towards the spoken style of English as opposed to the more formal writing style favoured by many writers. People who know me well often say they can “hear” my voice when they read my books, which pleases me no end.

3. How did you come up with the title?

I have to confess that my Australian publishers, Allen & Unwin came up with the title of “Afterlife”, but I did add the other part myself as I wanted to explore the mysteries of the world of spirit. My latest book title, No Goodbyes” was given to me by my spirit mentor who chooses to be known only as “M’. I was given a couple of other titles as well, but felt that as I had not had to say goodbye to Judy, then “No Goodbyes” was my pick of the group. Fortunately my publishers agreed with me.

4. Is there a message in your book that you want readers to grasp?

There are many messages that my contacts and advisors in the afterlife want to share with all of us.

Important messages about such topics as destiny and life contracts, what we can all expect when we return to the world of spirit, communicating with loved ones in the afterlife, where is the afterlife, and do we all go to the same place?

However for me the most important message is that we never die as we have been brought up to believe, only the body perishes. The basic premise is that we are a soul energy having a human experience, which is only one of many lives that we all live.

There is no reason to fear so called death because life continues for everyone, just in a different form.

5. Are experiences based on someone you know, or events in your own life?

I have already mentioned the influence of my partner and soul mate Judy who has had a profound influence on my life, especially since she passed over. However I also have many other spirits in the afterlife that I regularly communicate with both directly and through several wonderful mediums here in Australia. My spiritual mentor M is always at my side when I am writing and my fingers often have a life of their own on the keyboard from his inspiration.

I also write about many experiences and people in my own life, the current one as well as some past incarnations after doing some intense past life regressions.

6. What books have most influenced your life most?

After Judy passed I was recommended to read Dr Michael Newton’s book “Journey of Souls”, which had a profound impact on me. I had always accepted that life continues after “death” but this was I had always accepted that life continues after “death” but this was the first time that I was able to discover more about the world of spirit and our journey in between lives.

9. Are there any new authors that have grasped your interest?

I would say that Peter Smith has pride of place in this regard. Although Peter has written another book, HypoEnergetics – the Four Dimensions, several poems and also contributed to other stories he only came across my radar in the last year or so. I find his work as the founder of the Institute of Quantum Consciousness and his experience in Michael Newton’s Life Between Lives programs most fascinating.

Although I grieved for several years Michael Newton’s research helped me to eventually accept what had happened and helped me to eventually move on.

In the genre of non-fiction Wayne Dyer’s books have always provided me with many valuable insights. The first one I was given was “You’ll Believe It When You See It” and I started to really investigate the power of the mind. I interviewed Wayne on RadioOutThere a couple of years after Judy passed and found him to be a wonderful and inspiring guest.

7. If you had to choose, which writer would you consider a mentor?

I don’t really associate the word ‘mentor’ to any one writer. Maggie Hamilton, my first publisher at Allen & Unwin in Australia, gave me great support and invaluable advice when I was writing my first book, “Afterlife”. I also have several mentors who are on the spiritual plane, including my special guide M, each one allowing me to tune in to their wisdom and guidance for my life as well as for my books.

10. Name someone that you feel supported you outside of family members.

My friend Duncan Roads, who is the publisher and editor of Nexus Magazine has been a great supporter for many years. Duncan has introduced Nexus to readers all over the world and advised me to put RadioOutThere on the internet back in 2003. Duncan is a regular guest on the program and his knowledge and ability to answer any question I throw at him is inspirational.

I have also been a speaker at two Nexus Conference, telling the story of each of my books, “Afterlife” and “No Goodbyes”.

11. If you had to do it all over again, would you change anything in your latest book?

No, I am extremely happy with “No Goodbyes” and fortunately judging from the reaction of many readers around the world, so are they.

8. What book are you reading now?

Because I interview many authors each year on my radio program I always have a pile of books that are waiting to be read.

12. Can you share a little of your current work with us?

I believe that this excerpt from Chapter One of “No Goodbyes” is a succinct summary of my research and sets the scene for an in depth exploration of the afterlife and the influence of the world of spirit and its inhabitants on each and every one of us….

We all return to the same place, a vast world which is often referred to as the afterlife, comprising many levels and planes

of existence, which surrounds our earthly world.

The afterlife, or as Judy appealingly referred to it when she spoke to me through a medium as, ‘The Heaven World’ vibrates at a much faster rate than the dense energy of the earth. This world is invisible to us on earth, existing in what is essentially another dimension, and is our real home. We only leave it to reincarnate and have a multitude of experiences by attaching our spirit to a physical body on earth, and also on other worlds.

Every contact I have had with spirits in the afterlife reinforces the fact that there is no such place as hell. However, adhering to the principle of ‘as above, so below, there are lower levels where certain dark spirits find themselves after leading violent, toxic or degenerate lives. Here they are helped in a loving way by advanced spirits, and certainly not punished. Forget any images of demons in a fiery pit armed with nasty pitchforks and evil grins. Any punishment suffered here is self-inflicted once a spirit looks back in a life review on their previous activities. No matter what they have done these dark spirits are given loving assistance to grow and develop before returning for another life.

When we return to the afterlife after each incarnation we automatically find ourselves at the appropriate level of our soul development. We are only able to communicate here with the power of thought, as of course not having a body means, no vocal chords. We communicate and create the environment in which we live through our thoughts.

The Heaven World is a place of love, peace and spiritual support helping us understand and embrace our full power as individual souls. The way we live our lives on earth directly affects our life and position in the world of spirit when we return after each sojourn. There is an old saying that ‘you can’t take it with you when you go’ but I beg to differ. Yes, we do leave our material things behind when we transition to the afterlife, they are of no use there, but what we do take with us is the spiritual legacy of the life we have just lived.

find out the truth for themselves eventually, but it will be a much slower and darker passage home than for those who at least have an open mind.

For the life of me I cannot understand why anybody would want to dismiss even the possibility of an afterlife. Why on earth would you want to simply believe that “death” is the end of everything, just an everlasting pit of darkness? Are skeptic’s lives so miserable that they avidly defend their belief of eventual obliteration so strongly?

14. What was the hardest part of writing your book?

I must confess I really enjoy writing and look forward to getting fingers on the keyboard each day. I guess the hardest part is the long and sometimes lonely hours a writer has to put in to creating their book. It is also a strain on family members who often find themselves isolated and just an observer, instead of enjoying a “normal” life. That is if anyone can indeed define the term ‘normal’.

15. Did you learn anything from writing your book and what was it?

The lessons I have learned are still emerging, however there are a couple that standout.

I have been able to not only confirm my real purpose in life, but also realise how my everyday thoughts, decisions and actions affect my soul growth and future beyond the boundaries of this lifetime.

16. Do you have anything specific that you want to say to your readers?

We are all constantly in touch with our loved ones in the afterlife, whether we realise it or not. Life continues after the physical body perishes and we return to our real home, the world of spirit, also known as the afterlife. There we are met and reunited with our friends and family, those people we may have believed that we ‘lost’ when they passed over.

There are really, no goodbyes.

13. Is there anything you find particularly challenging?

I used to find closed minded skeptics a challenge, but no more. We are all at our appropriate stage of soul development, and many people are unable to accept that life is a continuing process. They will

I speak to him on a daily basis, and I have asked to serve the divine plan as best as I can, to follow my intuition moment to moment, and so Babaji gives me places to go, people to meet, and energies to shift across the globe (within free will and the highest good of all).

All this might sound like a lot of hard work, but the truth is that Haidakhan Baba is funny, quickwitted, and can be as mischie- vous as a monkey at times (the energy of Hanuman) in the way he teaches, guides, and illuminates the tempestuous, courageous, and crazy path of selfrealization. This is not an easy spiritual road for those who are half-hearted about discovering who they are. It is like walking on the razor’s edge on the one hand, and an incredible funfilled adventure on the other. If you don’t want to be shifted out of your little box of reality, then reading this book and connecting to Lord Shiva can be a challenge for you.

People the world over comment that I live a life of freedom, like a “celeb” minus the paparazzi, and they wish to join the party! Such a life of spontaneity, adventure, and liberty is available to all of humanity as they let go of limitation and control.

If, however, you wish to choose to pursue money for money’s sake, lust over love, and a lack of integrity in the name of quick profit, then as a pristine manifester of your own reality, that is what you are going to get. For me, the challenge is keeping one part of me firmly grounded as a human while the other part is happy being a spiritual space cadet—finding divine balance being the key.

On the other hand, I trust completely in the divine with Babaji, as a name for “All That Is,” guiding me moment to moment to make the right choices, fun choices, and choices that lead to the highest good of all concerned in each scenario. In fact I see and feel Babaji and my Higher Self as synonymous.

I invite you on this journey, through sharing of my experiences with Babaji and my spiritual path, and to a dance of celebration, ecstasy, and bliss, and to hearing his sacred teachings. I invite you to embrace an unimaginable freedom and to become more and more fearless—not by avoiding fear but by going through it and coming out the other side.

I have always felt like a spiritual princess and been called one wherever I go. Some people feel that you cannot be spiritual and abundant at the same time. This is one of the greatest mistakes that many humans make on their life journeys.

As jesus said, “It is the Kingdom of Heaven.” Ultimately the crucial thing to remember is not how much or how little we have, but how much we allow our- selves to feel in the cosmic flow and share of that flow even if it is in the richness of a smile.

Connecting to Babaji is, as I have said before, like connect- ing to the “cosmic plug” and switching it on. Shiva is all-pervasive, all-knowing, multidimensional being and becoming. Babaji is Sada Shiva (sada means eternal). In the early 1970s, he manifested mirac- ulously in the body of a 18-year-old youth in a cave in Haidakhan (a tiny village in the Himalayan foothills) where he has been appearing in different bodies many times over many centuries.

Shri Maha Avatar Babaji has given Kriya Yoga to the planet and rebirthing through one of his favorite devotees, Leonard Orr. He has also impulsed many other amazing modalities of healing for mankind. He gives his blessings to all denominations and respects all pathways to the divine.

Babaji is “Satyam Shivam Sundaram.” These Sanskrit words mean

Satyam: Supreme Truth; Shivam: Infinite Supreme Consciousness; Sundaram: Supreme Beauty. (I think you will agree with me from pictures of Babaji in his 1970s incarnation that he is extremely good looking!)

Babaji’s compassion and the way he teaches constantly amaze, fascinate, and stupefy me.

No matter how clever I think I am, he is usually six steps ahead and he knows that in my case, the best way to get me into a spiritual click is to make me see the hysteri- cal aspect of socalled “reality” and the cosmic joke behind most dramas.

I would like to clarify that this ecstatic path is not free of all the usual human conundrums and intense challenges of the times. It is not like I don’t feel frustration or anger, and it is not as though my relationships are always perfect. However, thanks to Babaji’s grace, which comes from my aligning my higher will with his divine will, a magic cloak of calm, peace, and joy pervade my being no matter how much I am otherwise kicking and screaming on the personality level.

Babaji says that this a time of “Maha Kranti,” or the great purging of Mother Earth and her peoples. Thus, he highly recommends the regular chanting of the Maha Mantra “Om Namah Shivaya,” which means: I love myself, I honor myself, and the God/Goddess dwells within me as me. Come on everyone; let’s join in the Shiva Party!

OM NAMAH SHIVAYA This “Om Namah Shivaya” was written and drawn in Babaji’s own handwriting as Haidakhan Babaji in the 1970s.

Did you know that we are all addicts on this planet? Yes, by simply being humans we are all individuals that are addicted to the reality we live and share, and to all of the negative and positive possible creations that it is constantly offering us. Many of you are probably already feeling an uncomfortable aftertaste because of what I just wrote. But let me expand a little more, perhaps you will agree with me at the end of this article.

If not, please don’t worry, I will still love you the same.

A few years ago, when I was still discovering my Self, trying to understand my own mental addictive patterns and how to control them so that they would stop controlling me, I was blessed to find Dr. Joe Dispenza on my path. His work in neuroscience and quantum physics helped me greatly to understand that nothing really had power over me unless I allowed it to and that my emotional addictions were the ones I had to change first and most importantly, if I wanted to see permanent changes in what I was creating as my physical life experience. In a nutshell, the concept that impacted the most was this: “My definition of addiction is something really simple: something that you can’t stop.” ~Joe Dispenza When I heard this for the first time, my ego-mind just couldn’t accept I had spent my whole life until then, creating on autopilot so many irresponsible and careless behaviors that were keeping me stuck and preventing my growth. The truth was so simple it even hurt!

What Dr Dispenza’s definition implies is that we are addicted to everything we keep repeating in our lives as part of our daily routines.

So, as a society we are not only addicted to substances and behaviors such as alcohol, sex, pornography, drugs, nicotine, gambling and food, only to name some of the most ‘popular’ ones, but we are also addicted to the emotions we repeat every single day that we wake up, which in turn recreate our day just as the day before. What do I mean? That we are addicted to any habit, – good or bad – we voluntarily choose as a means

of experiencing this life. In other words, we can be addicted to anger, frustration or procrastination, in the same way we can be addicted to happiness, proactiveness or optimism.

It is not about accepting whether we are addicts or not. It is about taking responsibility for the type of addictions we are choosing. We are owners of our brain therefore we are the ones who should be giving it instructions on what to create. If we haven’t been able to stop an addiction is because our brain is still in charge of reproducing it through its chemical processes and we are still unaware that we can be consciously aware.

When we accept that we are human addicts everything becomes so much easier. Suddenly, the word ‘addiction’ loses all its power. It means we have stopped judging ourselves and we have started recognizing that by embracing and forgiving our shadows we can recover our power and awaken to our nature as empowered observers and choosers, because that is who we truly are.

The purpose of an addiction is for us to discover we are the ones in control of our minds. You can change anything that is not working for you as long as you identify that is not working and that it is time for you to choose a new behavioral pattern that even though you will continue to repeat while you are alive, it will be something that will help you to expand and advance, not to shrink and become stagnant, because let’s face it, life is never stagnant and you are so full of life!

It is time to claim your power and use your addictions instead of letting your addictions use you…

American Dietetic Association recommends the intake of at least 25g of dietary fiber each day from whole grains, fruits, vegetables and legumes. Dietary fiber is also known as bulk or roughage and it includes plant foods that are not digested or absorbed by the body.

Proteins, fats and carbohydrates are broken down and absorbed by our body but fiber is not. It hence passes unchanged through small intestine into the colon.

Benefits Of Fiber In A Diet Dietary fiber increases the size and weight of the stool and makes it softer so that it becomes easier to pass, reducing your chances of getting constipated. Fiber also helps in solidifying the stool if it is watery and loose, as it absorbs water.

Benefits of fiber in a diet also include lowering risk of specific disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, hemorrhoids, and diverticular disease. Soluble fiber found in flaxseed, oats and oat barn helps lower the cholesterol level in blood by reducing low-density lipoprotein.

Maximize benefits of fiber in a diet by adding crushed unprocessed wheat bran or bran cereal to the products you bake such as bread, meat loafs, cakes, casseroles, cookies and muffins. Replace white bread, rice and pasta with brown ones and get 2g of dietary fiber per serving.

There are many other benefits of fiber in a diet such as it helps in losing weight, controls the blood sugar level and prevents certain cancers including colon and breast cancer.

Eat more lentils, beans and peas. Snack on baby carrots and add broccoli to prepared spaghetti sauce. Eating fruits in every diet will provide more benefits of fiber in a diet.

Best Fiber Choices

High fiber foods are good for health but you must be careful not to add too much fiber too soon as it may cause abdominal bloating, intestinal gas and cramping. It is important to increase the amount of fiber gradually as this allows bacteria in the digestive system to get used to the change. Also, you need to drinks loads of water to get benefits of fiber in a diet as it makes stools bulky and soft. Without water, you may get constipated.

To get maximum benefits of fiber in a diet, you must include whole grain products, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, beans, legumes and other peas in your daily diet plan. Fruit juices, pastas, breads and non-whole-grain cereals have less fiber as refining process removes the bran from the grain. Also, fiber content of fruits is reduced when you peel the skin.

You should not underestimate the importance of fiber in a diet. Including them in your daily dietary meal plan is not difficult, and all you need is a little planning. You can start your day with breakfast cereal that is high in fiber giving you at least 5g of fiber.

Today we see Feng Shui rising popularity growing for many reasons, as people in general look for solutions to a better personal lifestyle. These include a number of factors such as… health, wealth, balance, harmony, relationships and in building stronger, ever expanding businesses, just to name a few. A visual design creates an practical, logical, analytical environment, a Feng Shui design creates a connecting heartfelt environment.

SOME HISTORY: FENG SHUI pronounced as “fung shway” or “feng shoo-ee” is an ancient science with its origins deeply rooted in Chinese culture, interestingly the very same ideas exist in many other cultures under a variety of different names. In China the very first schools of thought came into being around four to six thousand years ago. It is the beginning of an expansive physical language, a science based study of universal laws that govern the heavens and earth and how they project their immediate influence on the lives of all mankind. This Feng Shui language translates into the dual form of Yin and Yang, described by their various states of energetic qualities in a combination best known as the 5 Elements, Earth… Metal… Water… Wood… Fire.

The Western definition translates to “Wind and Water” which basically refers to the actions and collection of universal energies within what we refer to as nature. Feng Shui has unfortunately had a complicated history since its inception and even more so from the time it was introduced into the western society around 50 plus years ago. One of its common core functions relates to the design of buildings and houses to enhance positive changes on the persons within those particular structures.

This means bringing the outside inside, not in the modern thinking interior design way of today, via big open doors or having gardens inside the structure. Feng Shui is an understanding of the symbiotic relationship combining the energies of: (1) the LIVING and STANDING POWERS within nature’s time cycles

(2) connecting to the living consciousness sometimes referred to as SOURCE (3) and how these energies are connected to every single HUMAN EVOLUTION .

It was in fact the very first organic design for building sustainability between humans and the environment to benefit PEOPLE SUSTAINABILITY, you, me and we. Feng Shui is not Architecture, it is not Interior Design, it is not Space Planning. It is the study of human evolution via the “EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED BY COMPATIBLE AND NON COMPATIBLE ENERGETIC FORMS”.

Is it worth considering Feng Shui? It may just blow your thinking mind away!!

The primary interest here is to clarify some points about Feng Shui that will move us from an idea to a functionally evolving reality. The outcome will bring great value and benefits to those who choose to implement these aspects of Feng Shui. In doing so, you/we will receive a more harmonious prosperous life full of opportunities, thus enhancing one’s life in all of its desired existence.

The idea of these monthly readings is not to teach Feng Shui but to instigate a “Do It Yourself” approach. To bring your sense of awareness to your surrounding environment and the external..internal ways you function within that environment, friends, family, work, thinking and and and!!! Thus informing you of solutions which enable valuable changes to be made according to your individual discovery circumstance. You may notice Feng Shui consultants use a compass to measure the necessary locations that may need to be balanced or harmonized. This will not be necessary here. A universal approach allows for changes to be implemented across a wider spectrum.

The terms Qi .. Chi .. Ki.. are a few of the various given names meaning “ENERGY” or “Life Force” by different cultures who understood the important role energy plays in its relationship with mankind.

Ayurveda calls it Prana, while homeopathy calls it the Dynamis or Vital Force. Chi relates to the natural energy that completely surrounds us at every given moment in time and functions at various levels of strength within the cycles of TIME. These energies are known as YIN and Yang aspects of the 9 functions.

What Feng Shui accomplishes is the alignment of chi energy existing in our surrounding environment, to enhance our homes and working structures to nurture mankind. An example would be, the food (chi energy) we eat nurtures our (structure) human body. The thoughts we have create our mindset, as does the design of the structures we inhabit.

Over time these designs influence our mindset and the way we function emotionally thus creating the way in which we function in our everyday lives.

Just think, when you move into a building, GREEN, LEED or otherwise, you adjust you to fit the existing physical environment, in this situation you are the subservient energy!!!

This is especially noticeable in business. We have all witness businesses start up in buildings only to be vacated some short time later. Then low and behold, another business goes into the same building. The reoccurrence continues, they move out after a short period of time due to failure and the cycle continues with a different or similar business. It is sad to see each business fold and on and on it goes, eventually the structure stands sitting there with a constant lease sign waiting for a new lease on life.

This is a divorce between the location of the structure, and the design of the building.

What I find interesting is, when something fails, a business, a relationship, or a success, we always apply the blame to a person, a situation, or the economy without ever looking at the deciding factors that placed us into the predicament in the first place.

They didn’t love me, or was it management, was it the wrong business in the wrong location, One thing is for sure, acquiring a Feng Shui consultation before any decisions were formulated about a relationship, where to operate a business would have avoided most of these situations. Thus saving the business, the employees jobs, avoiding the disruption in families, the interruption on suppliers, not to mention the loss of time and money for all concerned, especially the owner. By now we all know there

are many ripples involved in the connections that form powerful relationships connected to every single person, family and business. Behind the scene relationships (are compatible human energies) working in co-operation are absolutely needed in supporting the health of all existing families, individuals and businesses! I often wonder when will leaders, couples, individuals and business management ever consider the larger view, the ripple effect…before action.

Your soul has a plan for your life: that is why it chose your body. You can get on board with your soul’s plan or you can ignore it. The choice is yours. If you choose the path of your soul, your life will no longer be your own; you will have to become the servant of your soul.

Your soul is the reason why you exist in this three-dimensional physical reality. Your soul is a field of conscious awareness that exists in the energetic realm of the fourthdimension of reality, beyond space and time. It is an individuated aspect of the universal energy field from which everything that exists in our physical world derives its existence.

Your soul projected itself into your physical body shortly after your conception and imbued every atom and cell in your body with conscious awareness and the will to survive.

The will to survive, which is found in every living creature, is the soul’s will to be present in physical form in our threedimensional reality. The reason your soul incarnated into your body is to support the evolution of human consciousness here on Earth.

In pursuit of this objective, your soul needs to express itself by forming unconditional loving connections, and making a contribution to society. To achieve the first goal you need to learn how to lead a values-driven life, and to achieve the second goal, you need to learn how to lead a purposedriven life. Your soul cannot achieve its goals unless your ego is able align its motivations with the motivations of the soul.

Your ego is a field of conscious awareness that is associated with your body. Your ego, like every atom and cell in your body, is imbued with the will to survive—the soul’s will to be present in three-dimensional reality. Whereas the purpose of the conscious awareness of your atoms and cells is to keep your body alive, the purpose of the conscious awareness of your ego is to keep the body safe from harm in its physical, social and cultural environment.

If your ego cannot do this the soul cannot fulfil its purpose.

In order to live in soul consciousness you first have to connect with your soul, then befriend your soul, learn to trust your soul so finally you can become one with your soul.

Connecting with your soul There are many techniques you can use for connecting with your soul. The two most well-known are meditation and mindfulness.

Frequent practice of both techniques can open up a channel of communication between your ego (your centre of conscious awareness in the physical three-dimensional world) and your soul (your centre of conscious awareness in the energetic four-dimensional world).

Meditation was once regarded as a purely spiritual practice used in Eastern religious philosophies as a means of attaining enlightenment. Nowadays, it is used in hospitals and clinics all over the world to help patients reduce anxiety, stress, blood pressure, pain and addictive behaviours.

One of the pioneers of the application of meditation to healthcare in the West is Professor Herbert Benson. Benson is an American cardiologist and founder of the Mind/Body Medical Institute at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Benson was one of the first Western physicians to recognize that the mind and the body are one system. In his book entitled The Relaxation Response, first published in 1975, he states with his coauthor, Miriam Z. Klipper, “We claim no innovation but simply a scientific validation of age-old wisdom.” Benson’s relaxation response is based on Transcendental Meditation.

Mindfulness is very similar to mediation in that it enables you to find a centre of awareness in your mind where you can observe the thoughts and feelings generated by your ego-mind, as if they were passing by on a screen. You can watch them go by without attaching any energy to them.

If you do attach energy to them, you will find yourself spiraling out of mindfulness into a constant stream of thoughts. When you notice this happening, just pull your awareness back to watching your thoughts.

The centre of awareness where you are able to observe your ego’s thoughts—whether you are engaged in meditation or mindfulness—is your soul-mind. When you step into the centre of awareness of your soul-mind, you are able to become your own self-witness (witness of the egomind). It is a place of pure being that exists at the core of who you are.

Befriending your soul.

The difference between an acquaintance and a friend is that a friend is someone who you can rely on to help you and give you advice when you

are in need, whereas an acquaintance is simply someone you know. Friendship is always mutual and reciprocal. The more you reach out and care for a friend, the more your friend will reach out and care for you. This reaching out and caring is, I believe, the way to establish a friendship with your soul.

So the question now becomes, what is it that you need to do to care for your soul? To get to the answer to this question you have to understand the needs of your soul.

The soul incarnated into your body to express itself by learning how to lead a values-driven and purpose-driven life in physical three-dimensional awareness. What your soul needs from you is your support in this endeavor.

It also needs you to establish an open channel of communication by keeping your mind free from fear and in a state of being—having a quiet mind which is not constantly worrying about how to meet the ego’s deficiency needs. As you make progress in this endeavour, you will find the inspiration of your soul will be available to you every moment of the day.

Trusting your soul Trusting your soul requires immense courage when you are operating as an ego. That is because the ego takes its job very seriously. It was given the task of keeping the body safe from harm, and it forgot that it was performing this service on behalf of the soul. It thought it was protecting itself. Your ego has to learn that to find true fulfillment it has to become the servant of your soul.

Having established a connection, and then a friendship with your soul, the time is now ripe for seriously testing how much you can trust your soul. There are many ways you can do this, but whatever way you choose it should not be halfhearted.

To operate in this way you have to get rid of any ego attachment you may have to things having to be the way your ego wants them. When your ego thinks it knows exactly what to do, beware!

The ego is usually focused on satisfying one of its unmet needs. The mere thought of not being able to achieve these needs generates anxiety and fear. Whenever you allow fear to enter your mind, you are sending a message to your soul

that you do not trust it to produce the outcome that is most beneficial to you. Non-attachment sends a different message to your soul. It says, Mr. Soul, I trust you to organize the outcome so that it most perfectly fits with your needs.

What your ego is attempting to learn by trusting the soul is that the best possible outcomes always arise when you allow your doing to flow from your being.

Becoming one with your soul.

Finally, you reach the stage where you want to experience even more of the good feelings (energetic alignment) you get when you trust your soul.

This is when you realize that the way forward is to become the servant of your soul. Becoming the servant of your soul is the stage in your development that precedes becoming one with your soul.

There is a distinct difference between serving your soul, and becoming one with your soul.

When your ego serves your soul, it surrenders its freedom. When your ego becomes one with your soul, it surrenders its existence—a part of you, which has served you well, has to die. That’s what it feels like viewed through the eyes of the ego in the third dimension of consciousness. From the fourth dimension, it looks differently—while your ego is still serving your soul, the energy field of your ego and your soul remain separate. When your ego becomes one with your soul, the ener-

gy field of your ego merges with the energy field of your soul. This merging occurs because the ego’s frequency of vibration becomes the same as the frequency of vibration of your soul.

For most of us, the shift from trusting your soul to becoming the servant of your soul is already a huge challenge. Going the next step—mastering the ability to live a fear-free existence, automatically satisfying your needs before you know you have them, and manifesting what your heart desires through thought—is beyond our wildest imaginings.

And yet, everyone who has connected, befriended, trusted and become the servant of their soul has had the experience of doing all of these things during specific moments, hours or even days of their lives. Whenever, and in whatever manner you connected, befriended, trusted and served your soul, you were, during those moments, at one with your soul.

The reason why you find this difficult to believe is because you have objectified your soul. You think you have a soul and your soul is separate from you. The truth is the opposite: your soul has you.

Your soul (you) is attempting to master living in a three-dimensional physical reality in the same manner in which it lives in four-dimensional reality—with love and a deep sense of connection to everything.

We Cannot Rise to a More Spiritual World if We Only Teach

our Children About Materialism

Human consciousness is rising. It is rising to the realization that there is more to this world than brute, faceless matter and impersonal scientific laws. We know we are more than particles in motion, more than leftover stardust. Underlying the world is a force, a power so strong that it cannot measured by the instruments of science. It is the power that created the world; a unifying force; one Spirit. God?

The worldview of materialism, of a machine programmed by mysterious scientific forces and operating on its own power, is showing signs of decay, as the rising spirit of humankind demands more. Spirit is finding a foothold in logic; the curtain of darkness is being swept away. Modern science is beginning the retreat from a purely mechanistic account of the human experience. Consciousness is no longer being ignored as an integral part to the make-up of world. Rather, the closer we look, the more we find that consciousness is at the root of reality.

Today, it is leading scientists who write that “there is no way to interpret quantum theory [the leading description of the physical world] without encountering consciousness.” The physical world is not made of things, but of dream-stuff The deeper scientists look into the laws of nature, the more they seem finely tuned to allow life to exist. Random, chaotic explosions such as the Big Bang do not create finely-tuned universes, but a Mind sure can. The body of research on the paranormal continues to build, showing an undeniable connection between individual minds (telepathy); the mind and the physical world (psychokinesis); mind and the body (placebo effect); mind and the future (precognition); and mind and remote places (clairvoyance). This thought of God, of something better, is planted in our souls and despite the urging of atheistic scientists, we can’t shake the thought loose.

At the same time, modern thinkers are rediscovering an observation made by idealist thinkers throughout history; specifically, that the human spirit evolves to understand that spirit encompasses all reality. Under the idealist, or mindfirst approach, consciousness rises from the

belief that life is a solo journey to understanding that we are part of a global, then a universal, community.

If we view the world as a great dream, a projection of consciousness, then we can start putting the whole picture together and join the scientific quest to explain the physical world, with the spiritual quest to unite the world to a common goal. At some point this fact will be impossible to ignore.

If we were to try and list the fundamental elements of this new world outlook they would include: • The world of people rise from a common source: at the root of Being we are one; • The world is boundless and our potential without end; • The physical world does not imprison us, it expresses what we are; • God is man united; and • At its most fundamental level, the world is spirit, not mindless particles.

This new worldview of spiritualism needs a logical basis, and we can reach it from any one of several directions:

• Modern science has proven that the world is

not made of tiny particles operating indepen dently from human consciousness. Rather, quantum theory shows the world is a product of consciousness; matter is really wisps of nothing; a creation of mind.

• Daydreams and night-dreams show the mind conjuring up a three-dimensional world from nothing, with no help from the Big Bang.

• Psychic phenomena demonstrate the hidden power of the mind to interact with the world through a dimension undetectable by the instruments of science.

• No one has refuted the great idealist philoso phers who concluded that since the mind can only know itself, we will never be able to prove a world of matter existed, even if one did.

• The great religious traditions are founded on the intuitive notion that a vast spiritual power underlies nature.

This worldview is logical, uses the full range of human experience as its proof, and provides a scientific basis for a new morality.

But it is not taught in our schools.

Big Bang materialism and Darwinism dominate the textbooks that tell our children about the real world. A real, objective, Newtonian world that scientists and the textbook writers want to exist, but know does not exist. Schools teach our children only about materialism —a world of wonder emerging from mindless particles and impersonal laws. We know that spiritualism is real, but we pretend it is an outlier for new-age bookstores and aging hippies.

And this is not another argument about how intelligent design should be taught alongside Darwinism in biology classes. There is a middle ground between the extremes of scientific materialism and creationism. A place between the machine and the angels. This place is the worldview of the one consciousness; a world that is the united dream of God. So what should we teach our children? We should teach them more philosophy, about how the great thinkers in history have struggled to define “ultimate reality” and humankind’s place in the cosmos; about how science, beginning with Galileo, Kepler, and Newton, set up a mechanistic model of the universe in order to conduct experiments and to understand the “music of the spheres,” while never relinquishing their belief in a greater power behind nature’s scenery; about how modern science has managed to separate the model from this greater power —and the human mind — as it seeks to explain the cosmos with no help from an intelligence; about how science, at the end of its rainbow-quest, is finding that the outer world reflects the inner world; about how the peculiar, human-tuned laws of nature have compelled modern scientists to go to the extreme of inventing an infinity of additional universes to explain the coincidences in this one; about how leading quantum theorists now concede that there is no way to explain the world without giving consciousness a central role; about how Darwin’s mindless process of natural selection cannot account for the

diversity and wonder of nature; about how the evidence for psychic phenomena is now so overwhelming that scientists are forced to ignore it rather than deal with it; about how an increasing number of science writers are finding a place for mind or consciousness in scientific theory; about how most people know there is more to this world than the brute matter and impersonal laws of modern science. About how science teaches that God is dead, when we know he is not.

If these thoughts seem radical it is because they differ from what we have been taught. But is what we have been taught correct? There is one way to find out. Teach both worldviews side-by-side and see which one makes more sense.

We cannot rise to a more spiritual world if we only teach our children about materialism.

And if you need to make more money, change what you are doing and go a new direction. You are never too old, too young, too big, too tall, too shy or too weak for change if you manifest a goal and do everything to reach it. You will succeed.

WISH. Everything you want to reach needs to be expressed. As a matter of fact many people do not have a sharpened guidance by their inner voice or third eye, Therefore it is very important to create a confidance to make you outgoing.

You need to express everything you expect from life or you want to achive. THEN YOU WILL BE HEARD AND REACH ANY AND EVERTHING. YOU WILL LIVE LIKE IN THE GARDEN EDEN.

I read in Neale Donald Walsch’s book, ‘Conversations With God, Book 1,’ that blessed are the SelfCentered, for they shall know God, and at first I could not understand; how could that possibly be true? That statement went against everything that we are taught!

I started to ponder the thought he then suggested in his book, which was: What if everything we thought was true, was not?

And what if everything we thought was not true, was?

What would happen to our reality as we know it?

What I believe would occur would be a shift in our perspective, and that would change EVERYTHING! It would most likely produce a sudden awareness; but what does this all have to do with being Self-Centered? EVERYTHING! For It is all about focusing on Self. So often we are focused on the other; what is the other being, doing, having? What is the other wanting, needing, desiring?

What happens to ourSELVES? We somehow lose who we are when in a relationship, because somehow we thought we would become MORE! Instead, we become LESS; less fulfilled, less capable and oftentimes, feeling less loved. (also from Neale’s same book mentioned above)

Therefore, as Neale Donald Walsh wrote, blessed are the Self Centered, for they shall know God.

Self-Centeredness can be looked upon as being very selfish and not caring about others, but that is NOT how it is to be understood or used in this context. Self-Centeredness in the highest sense, is to be centered on Self. What is SELF BEING in relation to a certain situation? Is Self being Love or fear? For there is no other question that ever needs to be answered. If one decides to be Love, everything heals and is resolved, whether we stay in a relationship or leave; in whatever decision we make about ANYTHING!

As Mr. Walsch states in ‘Conversation With God, Book 1,’ the question comes up with this: If deciding with Love, who is the Love for? We have been taught that it is to Love the other; to sacrifice oftentimes our dignity, integrity, even our joy for the beloved other. But this is NOT Love, for it is not love of SELF, and one cannot Love anyone, if they do not even Love themselves!

In our highest, grandest, and greatest version and vision of ourselves, isn’t it really the most loving way to always come from a place of being Centered In Self, which IS LOVE, and to BE that Love that we all are; to come from a place of THAT when interacting with OTHERS!? Can you think of any other way to really live?

In other words, they will then see GOD in all, for there IS ONLY GOD.

The Power

of Imagination

Do you realize the power of your imagination? You possess a limitless resource that is available to you at all times. If you can imagine something, you can create it, because if something were not possible you would not be able to conceive it in the first place. So how do you make the desired visions of your imagination become a reality? The same way you create anything you want in life, through an examination of your beliefs.

You may have heard the phrase, “everything that is was once imagined.” Imagination is at the core of existence. Every experience you are having now you had to imagine at some point in the past or it would have come to fruition. If your current experience is unpleasant, you may ask, “Why would I imagine something unwanted?”

The answer is you wouldn’t if you were fully conscious of your imagination. Imagination can be described as your inner self and consciousness is awareness of that inner self. When you are conscious you are able to align your beliefs with your desires and this alignment will shift your vibrational frequency which will provide step-bystep instructions to follow. If you simply act on these instructions to the best of your ability they will lead you to the manifestation of your desires.

This process is similar to that of a GPS. When you give the system the destination address the step- by step- instructions are revealed. When instructed to make a right you simply do so and that will lead you to the next bit of information you need. Immersing yourself in the feelings of your desire is equivalent to the address being placed in the GPS, these feelings will move you in the direction of that which you wish for and facilitate your journey to the realization of it in to the physical state. This is what is meant by the phrase, “act as if.”

If you examine your present state of being and how you arrived here you will find your beliefs were the driving force of your imagination which allowed you to create your current experience. If you can come to understand that all beliefs are valid, one does not have any more power than another, you can choose the belief that supports the experience you prefer to have. Once you do, that belief will allow you to generate a vibration (feeling) that orchestrates the synchronistic path that will unfold right before your eyes. Built into your belief is also the amount of time you think it will take to accomplish the goal. Therefore, not only do you possess the power to create what you desire, you set the time as well, it can be an instant, or however long you need. Remember it is about the journey, speeding it up doesn’t necessarily make it better.

Notice how you perceive your external environment. When you experience the world around you through observation you pick up the energy of it based on the meaning you give it, then your body translates this energy into emotions.

Understand that there is no built in meaning to anything. Life offers only energy and you have the power to give it any meaning you choose.

For example, if you were in a car traveling at 140 mph as a passenger and held the belief that this speed is very dangerous the energy would translate to your body as fear. If the driver’s belief is this is fun and exciting the energy would translate as exhilaration. The car traveling at 140 mph holds the same energy but the meaning you give it is changes based on your beliefs.

This shows you that there is no built in meaning to anything, just energy.

As you shift your awareness from an old thought pattern to a new perception, this shift brings a higher vibration. This higher vibration will result in a level of exhilaration that brings new insight and you are privileged to new information, just as you would gain a greater view as you climb higher up a mountain. You may also experience some pain which can be confusing, so confusing that you wish you could unknown what you now know. This is somewhat normal because at the moment of the shift you are completely renewed and when you pull up old beliefs they are often so out of alignment with where you are now that the energy is blocked causing you pain, just like the body adjusting to an altitude change. At first it is uncomfortable but before long self-balancing occurs and comfort is restored. It would be like running an old program through a new operational system; your computer will no longer recognize it and start to shut down. This works as a safety mechanism so you can be aware of old beliefs you no longer need to carry and drop them once and for all. So next time you experience this see it as an opportunity to clear out your system of outdated non-functional beliefs and allow yourself to experience more of your true self. Enjoy the shift!

We Are All Migrants

Moving from one place to another defines you, according to dictionaries, as a migrant, while relocating from one country to another labels you as an immigrant. Many of our social issues are springing from the idea that being born in a certain country makes you different from someone else. The idea of space is defining humans, labeling them into categories related to Third World Countries, Western World, Eastern European Block, but, we don’t realize that the only one who wins this so-called location race is the ego. At the end of the day, we are Edging God Out of our souls, and instead of looking at our similarities, we are actually emphasizing our differences.

Racism, prejudice, xenophobia, and chauvinism all are showing intolerance for the foreigners, but aren’t we all foreigners on this land, called Earth?

We are all coming from nothing, from the Universal Mind, and no matter where we have been born and where we are moving, we are still the same. We take with us our feelings, our spirituality and, even if the external part might be different, we are just one.

As there are many types and colors of M&Ms and all of them are considered sweets, there are also many races coming from many far lands and all of them belong to the human genes pool. There are many varieties of apples from red to green, from sweet to sour, Honey crisp, Granny Smith, Sun crisp, Yates, Fuji, Jazz, Arkansas Black, but aren’t they all fruits? I truly doubt that the Jonagold apple tree is looking down on Shizuka tree and labels it as a misfit, a foreigner, a traitor, a wanna-be, a terrorist just because it came from another part of the world and its “taste” is different. All these fruits shine brightly on the same rack, displayed at Trader’s Joe, Sprouts, Vons, Albertson, Ralphs’, Whole Foods stores. There is no envy, no backstabbing, mistrust or any sense of inferiority due to their origin of birth.

Birds migrate, as well as humans do, due to seasons and availability of food; migration occurs mostly in the Northern Hemisphere where birds are shafted on to specific routes by natural barriers such as the Caribbean and Mediterranean Seas.

They use celestial cues, such as the earth’ magnetic field, the sun and the stars. But in this case as well, I disbelieve that migration among birds will be seen as something defamatory and will be ridiculed, bullied or mark with a scarlet letter. They all, in the race for continued existence, try their best to change, to adapt and to survive the intemperate weather, the new location’s conditions, the availability of supplies.

This world with all its living beings is constantly moving, stretching and transforming itself. The beauty of all of us comes from change, from the chameleonic attitude for survival. Humans cannot bath twice in the waters of the same river, and like Einstein said once whatever doesn’t change is not real.

Being a migrant in the real sense of the word is being a courageous soul, one that doesn’t pay attention to where he has been but to where he wants to go. To a migrant the origin is not important nor is the destination. All that matters is the journey of having new eyes and perceiving new realities. The growth happens when tomorrow is not known, and the real migrant is always ready for a new conquering adventure for a new self-discovery path of his/ her inner strength, attitude, joy and contentment.

According to Einstein, “imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution.” All of us are migrants using our imagination, thinking that where we want to go will be much better than where we are right now. We hold tight to that conviction and march in the directions of our dreams, hoping and believing that that new country, that new land can be the one we really belong to.

Nobody wants to be uprooted, but everybody wants to be happy. So, if happiness might be coming from the change in the environment, change in partners, types of food, sleeping habits, then humans display those survival skills to fulfill their destiny. “Here” or “there” is just a matter of finding yourself in your true color. “A journey of a thousand miles starts with one single step,” said Lao-Tzu, and that one step comes with courage, with the desire to be a migrant, to be in motion and to tackle life, meeting it in an open arena. Migrants always know that after the rain, the rainbow will appear and with it the possibility of a new bright day.

In this position of time, you are experiencing many doors of opportunity presenting before you. Opportunities, which were perhaps not known to you before, or even entertained by your sweet minds. At this time you are adjusting to the lighter energies of the Earth plane. God is not Dead

Apart from simplistic and very diverse pictures of God that all religions give for popular appeal, at the esoteric core, all religions agree that apart from material interactions, there is another agent of causation in the world; and this is what they call God. Religions also agree that apart from the material level of reality which we experience outside of us, there are other subtle levels of reality that we experience when we look inside.

Religions also agree about a third very important aspect of divinity: we must try to manifest divine qualities—love, beauty, justice, truth, and good, for example—in our lives.

Believe it or not, one of the most well known mathematical equations of science proves the existence of God looked upon in the new context that we have set. It is called the Schroedinger equation named after one of its discoverers and is the fundamental equation of quantum physics.

Physicists apply this equation for the study of many objects and many events; under these circumstances, the equation predicts (statistically) deterministic results and so most physicists miss God in the equation. The right question to ask is, How does this equation apply to a single object in a single event as it must?

When not so long ago, the philosopher Nietzsche declared, “God is dead,” he was lamenting that the popular religious renditions of God are so simplistic that can no longer guide people to move toward Godliness. This is true. Yet to this day, many scientists beat a dead horse by trying to disprove the popular pictures of God. This is beating around the bush and not useful.

The real questions, and these are all questions of science, are: 1) Is there causation in the world apart from material interactions? 2) Are there subtle non-material levels of reality? And 3) Is there any scientific justification of ethics, why we should pursue Godliness in our lives?

You see, the problem is that the Scroedinger equation depicts objects not as “determined things” of Newtonian vintage but as waves of possibility for consciousness to choose from?

How do we know this? Because whenever we look at a quantum object, an electron for example, we don’t see possibilities—electron in different places all at once—but an electron in one actual place, an actuality. So we must be choosing where the electron actualizes!

So what are the answers? Most scientists today squarely say “No,” in answer to these questions because they contradict their metaphysics of scientific materialism according to which there is only matter and its interactions, nothing else is real. In my recent book, God is not Dead, I give answers also, and they are all in the affirmative. Yes, there is God. Because 1) there is an agent of causation apart from material interaction; 2) what we experience internally are subtle non-material worlds; and 3) not only should we pursue Godliness in our lives, our evolution is taking us toward better and better manifestation of Godliness. In my book I back up these assertions with both scientific theory and empirical evidence.

Let’s go deeper. If we, our consciousness, are able to convert possibility into actuality, our consciousness cannot be a brain product or any other material object since all material objects obey quantum physics and must be possibility only. So consciousness as a nonmaterial agent of choice is a causal agent! Have we discovered God? No, say the scientists, and they are right up to a point. The above raises the paradox of dualism if we think of the choosing consciousness or God, an agent separate from us, as popular religions do. To see this, ask the simple question, How does a nonmaterial God interact with the material world? They can’t without a mediator. But a mediator signal requires energy. And the energy of the physical world is a constant; energy never passes from the material world to a God world and vice versa.

In the esoteric core, the masters of the various religions understood the situation perfectly. God is not separate from the material world, they declare at various places, times, and cultures. God is both transcendent and immanent. But what do they mean? Until recently, scientists and ordinary people alike, have not been able to penetrate the wisdom of these words. So scientist ignore them and ordinary people go on thinking about God as a dual agent of causation. Proper understanding of quantum physics resolves the logjam.

The quantum concept that is truly radical and that is changing our world view is called nonlocality—signalless interaction. Matter consists of waves of possibility within consciousness which is the ground of all being. Consciousness chooses one facet out of the multifaceted quantum possibility wave and converts possibility into the actuality of that chosen facet, but there is no dualism because consciousness does the choosing nonlocally without signal. It is choosing from itself.

So is it like Godot, We have been looking for God and it is us? It is each of us who chooses his or her own reality. Alas! This, too, is too simplistic which is why your wishful thinking about manifesting a BMW for yourself does not usually work.

There is a paradox here. Suppose you and your friend are approaching from perpendicular directions a “quantum” traffic light with two possible facets, red and green. Being busy people, you both want green, but who gets to choose? If you both get to choose, obviously there would be pandemonium. Or perhaps you are like the Hollywood woman who meets a friend on Sunset Boulevard and takes her to a coffee house to “catch up.” Over coffee, she starts talking and after an hour says, “Oh my God, I am talking about myself all this time. Let’s now talk about you. What do you think of me.” To this woman, the only consciousness in the world is hers, and she is always the chooser. Such people are called solipsistic.

But solipsism is obviously not the answer to our paradox. It has shifted the question, “Who gets

to choose?” to, “Who gets to be the solipsistic head honcho of the situation?, no more than that. The paradox remains.

The authentic solution is this: the choosing nonlocal consciousness is not us in our ordinary ego, but a “transcendent” consciousness that is both us and beyond us, both transcendent and immanent.

Makes sense, doesn’t it? And more; this nonlocality of our choosing consciousness is an experimentally verifiable idea. In fact, this nonlocality has been verified by five different experiments by five different groups at five different laboratories all showing the direct transfer (without signals) of electrical activity from one subject’s brain to another when the subjects are correlated through meditative intention. This is reported in God is not Dead.

So the scientific evidence for God and God’s causal efficacy is already here. The evidence is definitive because nonlocality can never be simulated by material interactions that always occur via the intermediary of signals.

This is not the only evidence. God’s choice is creative and manifests in our creative experience through discontinuous quantum leaps akin to electron’s leap from one atomic orbit to another without going through the intervening space. Creative experiences are subjective, you say. Not when such leaps heal a person from a life threatening disease, a phenomenon called quantum healing for which plenty of evidence exists.

Objective evidence for such creative quantum leaps also show up in biological evolution and explains the puzzling phenomena of the fossil gaps (or missing links) which Darwinism cannot explain.

How about subtle bodies? If matter consists of waves of possibility for consciousness to choose from and conscious choice leads to our experience of sensing, then it makes sense to posit that our internal experiences are also due to conscious choice from subtle domains of quantum possibilities.

As the psychologist Carl Jung first codified, we have four kinds of experiences: sensing, feeling, thinking, and intuiting. In this way there must be four different compartments of conscious possibilities; the physical we sense, the vital energies we feel, the mental meaning we think, and the supramental archetypes—love etc-- we intuit.

The empirical evidence for subtle bodies abound in health and healing, in dreams, in the phenomenon of biological morphogenesis, in survival after death and reincarnation, just to name a few.

So again, scientific evidence for God is already here, so what should we do about it? For one thing, we should take the religious masters seriously and pay attention to ethics. The values— love, beauty, justice, truth, and good—that ethics talks about are what we intuit. And plenty of evidence exists (for example, in the phenomena of dreams, creativity, and reincarnation) for the importance and validity of ethics as discussed in God is not Dead.

And more. When we recognize that Darwin’s theory of continuous evolution is incomplete and complement it with the creative discontinuous quantum leaps, we discover an astounding thing. Biological evolution’s direction from simple to complex organisms can be explained. We evolve from simplicity to complexity to be able to manifest our experiences of the subtle domains of possibilities better and better. In particular, right now we are evolving toward manifesting better and better Godly qualities.

Someday, said the Jesuit philosopher Teilhard de Chardin, we shall harness . . . the energies of love.” Teilhard was right. That day is not very far away.

Amit Goswami, Ph. D. is a professor of theoretical nuclear physics (retired the University of Oregon where he served) at since 1968.

He is a pioneer of the new paradigm of science called “science within consciousness”, an idea he explicated in his seminal book, The Self-Aware Universe, where he also solved the quantum measurement problem elucidating the famous observer effect.

Goswami has written several other popular books based on his research on quantum physics and consciousness. In The Visionary Window, he demonstrated how science and spirituality could be integrated. In Physics of the Soul, Goswami developed a theory of survival after death and reincarnation.

In Creative Evolution, Goswami presented a resolution between Darwinism and the intelligent design of life. In God is Not Dead, Goswami demonstrated that not only are science and religion compatible, but that quantum physics proves the existence of God. Goswami appeared in the film “What the Bleep Do We Know?” and its sequel “Down the Rabbit Hole”, and in the documentaries the “Dalai Lama Renaissance” and the award winning “The Quantum Activist”.
