NEISCO After gaining a large market share in Egypt as COMER Italy Distributor on the year 2000 NEISCO, under license with COMER Italy, started to produce u.PVC pressure fittings and valves branded COMER by NEISCO. The NEISCO production is according to International Standards ISO 727, DIN 8063, EN 1452 and ISO 4422/3. The factory currently recruits more than 250 employees Management was trained in Italy by COMER NEISCO lately started to produce also PP Drippers to be inserted over the PE irrigation pipes known as “Inline Drippers” with self pressure control (pressure compensated) and without self pressure control, together with another Online Dripper called “ Turbo Key “ with different Flow Rates “ 2. 4, 8 and 16 L/H “ for producing all elements that is in Irrigation Networks ( Dripping and Irrigation ). NEISCO is now working on completing additional product’s ranges expected to be ready on 2015/2016 for the Irrigation Networks, such as pipes, rigid PE drip lines (already in production), flat hoses drip lines, filters and accessories, on the aim to become a First Class Manufacturer of complete Irrigation System and a leader Supplier of its products to MENA Market as well as of the Africa, Asia and Europe Markets. NEISCO has already an exceeding significant market share of the Egyptian u.PVC pressure Fittings and Valves market through a distribution network covering all major cities and NEISCO is already successfully exporting its products to over 26 Countries of Middle East, the Gulf and Africa.
Polyethylene is a thermoplastic comes from ethylene in monomer state. It is generally referred to as PE briefly in plastics industry.
Features High density polyethylene is named as HDPE. HDPE has a high resistance against water and chemicals. HDPE has very good mechanical attributes, particularly, it has a high resistance to impact and tensile strength.

Advantages of Polyethylene Piping • They have high flexibility features. Thus, they ensure ease of installation. Elongation at break is minimum 350%. • They are not affected from underground movements, they do not break. • They have high impact resistance and rapid crack propagation resistance. • Since they have Low interior surface roughness, they ensure significant advantages while selecting diameter during project design. • They do not have installation wastage thanks to the joining method. • Black colored pipes are resistant to UV rays. •They do not change odor and taste of water, therefore, fit for health. • It is not possible for plant and tree roots to penetrate inside the pipes.

The IN LINE DRIPPER PC “COMER BY NEISCO” are compensating flow emitters with a silicone rubber discharge at different pressures. We produce IN LINE DRIPPER PC “COMER BY NEISCO” in two models: 2,4 L/H. We recommended to use it in hilly areas or on terrains with different level of inclination.
The IN LINE DRIPPER “COMER BY NEISCO” are cylindrical dripper, designed with along, wide labyrinth. This configuration provides a turbulent water flow which minimizes formation of residues that may cause clogging. We produce “COMER BY NEISCO” flow emitters in four models:2,4 L/H

PP Compression
MATERIALS Body and nut are made of polypropylene copolymer (PP- B), conical Gaskets (special O-Rings) of NBR 70 shore (UNI 4920), clinching rings of acetalic resin. The threaded female offtakes from diametre 1¼” are reinforced with AISI 430 stainless steel ring

Comer by Neisco PP compression is a ready installed fittings with non disassembling procedures or breakup . moreover bigger size pipe can be easily inserted due to the fact no hindrance between attaching the clamping and the pipe insertion procedure doesn't requires special tools to install the fittings with the pipeline
MAXIMUM WORKING PRESSURE PN 16 from diametre 20 mm. up to 63 mm. PN 10 from diametre 75 mm. up to 110 mm. Reduced security factor for items with female thread 4”
Before screwing the locking nut on the body, ascertain that the pipe hits the body inside step. The full screwing of the locking nut can be made by hand till Ø 50 / 63 mm., whereas for bigger dimensions it is advisable to use a wrench

STANDARDS Compression joints are complying with UNI9561, UNI 9562, DIN 8076-3 , ISO 14236, ISO 13460 Threads are complying with ISO 7/1 BS21 APPROVALS COMER by NEISCO compression joints are suitable for alimentary fluids handling in accordance with the norms and prescriptions issued by the Ministry of Health Gazette n. 174 dated the 6nd of avril 2004 and are approved by: - JASWIC (Joint Acceptance Scheme for Water Installation Complements) in the Republic of South Africa. Neisco now is activity working on obtaining the most important approvals from other international Institutes. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Cut the pipe at 90° and chanfrin it. Insert at first the locking nut then the clinching ring, avoiding to push it too much forward on the pipe, the collar and O- ring.
