RUNNING FOR EXECUTIVE BOARD ELIMINATE PROJECT COMPETITION SEATTLE DTE DUES? WHAT ARE THOSE? DCON 2016 THEME GLOBAL RELIEF AWARD

HELLO ALL RED PANDAS! Happy Holidays and a New Year! Winter is my favorite season. The merry holiday spirit is pleasurable and I love settling near a fireplace on a cold, and hopefully, snowy day. That being said, I hope that the weather hasn’t frozen your club membership count. Continue to invite your friends to join Key Club and MAKE SURE YOU’RE TURNING IN YOUR DUES! I’m extremely happy of how far we’ve come, and I’m looking forward to meeting every single divisional member in March at District Convention. Our Lieutenant Governor elections have gone by and I’m so sad to say that my term as Division 22/24 LTG is almost to an end. 2 more months until DCON! Remember, registration is due by February 1st, so I encourage you all to continue striving to fundraise and send as many club members. Thank you and I’ll see you again next month!

HELLO ALL RED PANDAS+ KIWANIANS+ DIVISIONAL BOARD+ GUESTS, The elections for my role as lieutenant governor are finally here! The Key Club year is very different from the school year and as I was inducted in March, our fabulous soon to be elected, incoming lieutenant governor will be inducted at District Convention. This means my retirement is coming up as well. A quick side note for officers: three delegates from each of your clubs is MANDATORY. I repeat MANDATORY. This means that you cannot get away with any excuse. The elections cannot go on without voting members. YOU are going to be the ones filling the house of representatives. (Sorry, I'm taking APUSH, it's gotten to me.) This means that you will be choosing the best candidate fit for our division. A quick side note for Kiwanians: Kiwanians are essential for the management of the election. We would appreciate your presence as supervisors. I will be sending an email out soon that will provide more information. Dress Code: Candidates: Business Attire Delegates: Business Casual Everyone else: Casual Please keep in mind that our division is quite small. For our division to be successful in the future, we will need a committed member in good standing with Key Club International. Please email me or contact me at (206)-409-7300 for any requests filing as candidate or any questions regarding candidacy. I look forward to seeing you all and having a successful election!

COMMON Q’S (SEC)

FAQ: I’M A CLUB TREASURER, HOW DO I REGISTER DUES? ANSWER: Paying dues is fairly easy! Once

you collect payments from individuals in your club, access keyclub.org and visit the dues and reports tab. From there, you must click on the access the Membership Update Center now button, and log in with your faculty advisor’s info/password. Then, you fill out the dashboard for your club’s information, and click the finances option, and print out the invoice (when the entire membership is complete). You can pay by credit card (depends on what your school allows) or by mail which you MUST send in before the deadlines! If dues aren’t paid by the club, it can become suspended, so please steer away from that.

Has your club completed a service project that focused on improving the lives of people in other countries? If so, check out the new Global Relief Award that will be awarded at DCON. Become the first club to win the award and set the bar for years to come. **Note that Projects for Eliminate do not qualify for this award. However, there are other awards that you can apply for pertaining to the Eliminate Project specifically. You can refer to section C in the Call to Convention or me if you have any questions or need clarifications. Thanks!
