INTERNATIONAL UPDATE KEY CLUB WEEK: DID YOU PARTICIPATE? DUES? WHAT ARE THOSE? DCON 2016 THEME
Hey all, Division 22/24 is doing good with starting up clubs and member recruitment! With the busy first few months of school over, I hope everyone is looking towards a relaxing Thanksgiving. That being said, make sure every and each one of Key Club members are paying their dues! Dues are an extremely important way of letting me know approximately how many members are in your club and they also determine our seating at DCON. Earlybird fees were due November 7th, but we can continue turning in fees as long as we have members strolling in. I actually just realized how far I’ve come along in my term and I’m definitely anxious of the months to come in planning District Convention, lieutenant governor elections, and my fall board meeting. However, please approach me if you ever have questions regarding candidacy for any district or club position, and I will gladly help you out. Have a good November folks!

FAQ: I’M A CLUB TREASURER, HOW DO I REGISTER DUES? ANSWER: Paying dues is fairly easy!
Once you collect payments from individuals in your club, access keyclub.org and visit the dues and reports tab. From there, you must click on the access the Membership Update Center now button, and log in with your faculty advisor’s info/password. Then, you fill out the dashboard for your club’s information, and click the finances option, and print out the invoice (when the entire membership is complete). You can pay by credit card (depends on what your school allows) or by mail which you MUST send in before the deadlines! If dues aren’t paid by the club, it can become suspended, so please steer away from that.
