• Must be a Master Builders of Iowa or Construction

Update Network Member in good standing pursuant to

MBI Bylaws • Member companies must have a minimum of five employees and headquartered in Iowa to be insured. • Sole proprietor entities are not eligible to be enrolled • Entry into the plan must be a two-year commitment.

Exiting the program before this time will result in a penalty fee • Eligibility to re-enroll will be a five year waiting period from the time of inital enrollment. Insurance will remain until the next renewal period.
