Geometry Triangles Geometry Triangle In the mathematics we use many types of geometry shapes like rectangle, oval, line and many more. Triangle is one of them geometry shape that is used widely in the geometry or mathematics. Triangle is the very basic shape, it also comes in polygon and it have three sides or edges and three corners or vertices that are line segments. The triangle with three corners or vertices X, Y, and Z is represented as ?XYZ. One of the most important property of the triangle is that the sum of the three angles will be always 180 degree. As we know that geometry is study about surfaces, solids, points, space, flat surfaces etc and in geometry we have many rules and regulations, facts, givens and by these rules and facts we find out the conclusions of problems. In geometry givens are the definition and conclusions are the theorems which we use directly in problems so that we get the desired result. As we know that we study about various surfaces in geometry like square, triangle, circle, rectangle etc and these surfaces are called flat surfaces or 2 dimensional surfaces and we have 3 dimensional surfaces in geometry like sphere, cube, cylinder etc but here we study about triangle. In geometry triangle is a figure which has three sides and each sides is connected to other sides in such a manner that we have a closed figure. The formula of finding the area of triangle is Area of triangle = (1/2) Ă— b Ă— h , Where b = base and h = height. Here base is the side which is in contact with ground and height means the distance of triangle. Know More About :- Series and Sequences

In the coordinate geometry, triangle is a packed or closed figure which is consists of three line which is linked end to end is known as triangle. We can say that a triangle is a type of a polygon. Now discuss some of the properties of triangle which as follows: 1. The sum of internal angles of a triangle is always 1800. 2.
In a triangle there is always an obtuse angle and two acute angles.
3.
In a triangle we can find three vertices and three edges.
4.
There are different types of triangles which are categorized on the bases of their properties as:
On the bases of angle there can be three triangles which are: 1.
Right angle triangle,
2.
Acute angle triangle,
3.
Obtuse angle triangle,
On the bases of sides we can find two triangles which are as follows: 1.
Isosceles triangle,
2.
Equilateral triangle,
Let’s talk about the area of triangle: Area of triangle is given by: Area of triangle = ½ * b * h; here ‘b’ is the base and ‘h’ is the perpendicular height of a triangle. Let’s discuss How to Find the Area of a Triangle. Read More About :- Difference Definition
