With spring upon us, we still can’t ignore the slight nip in the air. Here are 12 dishes to warm your evenings, and prepare you for Spring.
1 Spring chicken pot Serves 4 Prepare Cook •500g boneless, chicken breast •300g small new potatoes •350g broccoli •350g spring greens •140g petits pois •1 onion •1tbsp essential Waitrose olive oil •a bunch of spring onions •2tbsp pesto

ith the fair trade range across our stores becoming even more popular, and creating a brillint way for smaller companies to keep their businesses going and for people in the UK to appreciate these products. So Waitrose says hello to the first fair trade condoms available from 4 April across selected stores, priced at ÂŁ6.99 for a pack of 12. These condoms are made with rubber farmed in South India and have provided 2 types; the ultra thin and ribbed condoms. The Ultra thin will be sold in 159 stores and the ribbed available in 35 stores. The Keralan workers who produce the rubber benefit from fair prices, fair working conditions and fair supplier relationship, and create the idea that it is possible that more and more products sold in supermarkets can be part of the fair trade programme.
