Spring Onions

Rhubarb

Spring onions can be served both raw and cooked which makes them very useful in everyday recipes.

Rhubarb can be used in both sweet and savoury foods for example crumbles and cakes as well as with fresh mackerel or roast pork.

They have a mild flavour that can compliment a range of dishes from salads to Chinese spring rolls. These small vegetables can be added to any dish to whether it is stir fry’s or baked potato toppings. Perfect for a lunchtime sandwich filling too!
