Supporting Structure

Maximum delivery dimensions = 6m x 3m

On-site Work -One side of frame positioned above lower supports and welded in place. -Other frame welded to structural base and previously added frame. -Two cross supports added to firmly connect top section of framework.

-Holes inserted in every section of structural frame.

-Bamboo roof stanchions then connected to frame and central column.

-Holes also cut in appropriate sections, to allow bolts to be threaded all the way through and be tightened from the inside. -Only top hole used in stair and decking sections to allow tie to go through and enable sections to be pulled back upright.

-Cylindrical beam permanently held inside wall piece. -Wall then positioned into structural frame. Holes at either end allow the cylindrical beam to be inserted and allow the triangular wall piece to rotate.

-Pile foundations laid in relation to each corner of structure. -Central column connected to lower water pipe. -Two sections of module connected to foundations and then welded together at two corner points. -Two additional I beams lowered into place and welded to corners and central column.

Rainwater Flow

All additions to the modules continue to guide rainwater into the central column. Canvas attachments allow shade in the decking area and allow more rainfall to be collected. Once rainwater is collected in the storage tank it can be reused on land in the summer when weather is much drier. Central rainwater pipe

Water is pumped back up from tank into central tap, which can then be connected to an output.
