Leadership Programme
RATIONALE BEHIND CAM LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME Rationale Behind Cam Leade As an academy we are all committed to ensuring our students receive the best possible experience of learning we can give. In order for us to achieve this, we need to have a highly effective body of staff who work collaboratively towards a common goal / vision. Leadership is at the heart of success in any establishment and it is “outstanding leadership at all levels that transforms organisations. rship Programme “Middle Managers are very important people. It’s clear that you need a Headteacher with vision but ultimately it’s the people in the middle who implement the vision.” Harvey 2002 We are committed at CAM to improving leadership by ensuring all leaders are given the necessary tools and expertise to excel.
“Highly effective teams have highly effective leadership”
