More evidence of a 'slightly cooling' market Cromford Daily Observation. On November 11, the average closed price per square foot across all areas & types slipped below 100% of the average list price per square foot for the first time since March 18. We waited a while to report in order to ensure this was not a blip. The percentage on November 11 was 99.99% and it has now dropped to 99.92%. Not a blip.

'The market is cooling slightly' based on the 'new' list-tosales-price trend that sellers, on average, are taking a slight discount, which equals fewer bidding wars. This graph clearly shows the trend since Q2, using Scottsdale as our example:

We attend the lighting of the Christmas tree, ice skating performances, roasting smores, and dining at La Hacienda (one of my favorite Mexican restaurants).

Visitors can enjoy the exhibit nightly from 6-10 pm. Admission is free, but donations are always accepted.
The Hermosa Inn Hermosa Inn is a 5-star luxury boutique inn that has an intimate feel, complete with homey touches. My personal favorite dining restaurant there is the LON's. It's a great little escape for a staycation and a wonderful place to send guests that are visiting. My top highlights are the food along with the intimate and private setting.
