Illusions Skirts become shorts, shirts become dresses, and neutral colours – green, white, blue, red and black. Slogans are used to question consumerism, referencing to popular culture that is relatable to everyone regardless of gender. Relaxed fits have very little referencing to traditions of tailoring so unable to be assigned to a gender – almost futuristic and alien. Power in clothing is no longer related to masculinity, it is instead about ‘street credit’ and intelligent connections to pop culture. “Are you man or woman enough?” – Vogue.com Astrid Andersen
