Plaintiff, the Living Spring International Church, an Illinois church and not-forprofit corporation (“Church”), by and through its attorneys, complains against the Defendant, Village of Midlothian, Illinois, a municipal corporation, (“Village”) as follows: NATURE OF THE CASE 1. This case is about how the Village of Midlothian has prohibited a small church of about ten people from meeting for bible study and worship at 4645 147th Street in Midlothian, Illinois (the “Property”)—a location where the Village’s Zoning Code freely
