Brief
I will be turning the gym group into a Rehabilitation and Health Centre for people that need help to regain skills, abilities, or knowledge that may have been lost or compromised through illness, injury, or acquiring a disability. At its best, rehabilitation is a multidisciplinary, person-centred treatment for anyone with a health condition, disability or injury that limits their function.
The Gym Group is a chain of 24/7 no contract fitness clubs in the United Kingdom. The company was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2015. It was founded in 2007 and has grown rapidly, with over 230 gyms across the UK as of 2023. The company's gyms offer a range of cardio and strength-training equipment, as well as group exercise classes and personal training services. The Gym Group's membership model allows customers to pay a monthly fee to access all its gyms, rather than paying for each visit individually. The company is headquartered in London, England.

The New Horizons Research Centre
The New Horizons Research Centre in Melbourne, Australia, was constructed for Monash University and the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO).
The building is a reinforced concrete structure of approximately 20,000 sqm over 4 levels. It is enclosed with an ‘iconic’ façade representing the high-tech nature of the research activities conducted within. The façade comprises a unitized façade system and bespoke Kalzip cladding systems.
