New South Wales Our teams in NSW delivered services to customers, employers and government partners in 2020. Supporting more than 25,000 customers into employment and providing mental health support to thousands of people impacted by the bushfires and COVID-19. We continued to invest in solutions to make it easier for our customers to access our services, including improved customer journeys, new digital platforms, online training services, and investment in tele-health services.
