We work hard – Leadership and town hall meetings

In August, the Power Generation Leadership Team (PGLT) gathered at the Singapore Tuas office for face-to-face business reviews and strategy workshops. The leaders interacted with the Singapore Power Generation members during a town hall session on Monday 22 August. Besides covering an overview of the business, Craig Wilkins, Director of Power Generation Business, shared his personal takeaways on a topic from the ‘It’s OK Campaign’ that emphasised the importance of creating and having regular, healthy sleep habits. He also touched on diversity, equity and inclusion.

Representing the leadership team, Craig and Nathan Howell, Sales Director for Power Generation Business, used the group gathering to present a long service award to Ang Kim Siong who celebrated 30 years of service with Cummins.

We play hard – team building sessions

Moving away from the less-fun activities of work, (more) meetings and workshops, the PGLT team and its Singapore members had a tiring but fun-filled afternoon on Thursday 25 August as they ran all over China Town. They were hunting for clues in the ‘Power-ofOne’ Amazing Race and trying to solve them. The day ended with a feast of some of the most popular street food at Lau Pa Sat – one of the island’s most monumental structures.
