EXECUTIVES VISIT
Bonnie Fetch touches down in Asia Pacific
Bonnie Fetch, Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing, visited the Asia Pacific region in November.
Accompanied by Karen Crapse, DBU Quality and Manufacturing Leader, the two flew from Indiana to engage with employees in Singapore, Scoresby, Laverton and Carole Park. The teams across all facilities were thrilled to meet Bonnie through Cummins Café and town hall meetings. Employees could hear firsthand from her about Cummins’ growth strategy, Destination Zero, the vision for talent acquisition and an overview of supply chain challenges. At all her stops, Bonnie emphasised the message of “Our people and purpose are at the centre of everything we do” and welcomed all questions that came her way. She engaged in lively discussions with our people to learn about the challenges they face and their aspirations for the future.

In a jam-packed schedule, Susan visited our Perth branch, the Perth Master Rebuild Centre, the new Regional Distribution Centre, and Port Hedland, Newman, Scoresby and Laverton. Highlights included customer site visits to BHP’s South Flank mine (near Newman) and Rio Tinto’s Operations Centre in Perth. Susan met branch teams and customer experience and sales leadership to get insights into our processes for customer relationship management for the CARE pilot in the Customer Service Centre, Guidanz, Customer Experience, Sales Operations and Channel Management. The employees at Laverton were in for a special treat. Susan and Julia Utan hosted a women’s career session where Susan shared highlights from her career journey and personal insights about overcoming challenges while staying true to yourself.
