All stakeholders matter to us, but our customers, in particular, are at the heart of all we do.

We work hard to understand their challenges and we are endlessly responsive to their needs. We are excellent listeners – because every Cummins customer is unique. Do you have an idea for a customer experience (CX) improvement or an idea to help our customer-facing team members deliver excellent CX?

Recognition

The three best ideas per region will each win a voucher. The first 50 idea submissions will go into a draw to win one of five vouchers.
