This project aims to provide an architectural space suitable for the development of the activities of the “Centro Mexicano de la Musica y las Artes Sonoras” (CMMAS); in addition to being a multifunctional space that diversifies the cultural offer in the city of Morelia, that satisfies the acoustic and spatial needs of institutions dedicated to music, decentralizing the cultural infrastructure of the center of the city.
The Morelia Music Venue, seeks to solve the cultural demand that the city of Morelia has, with an idyllic space, with the necessary performance to contain different activities for the development of this art.

The design of the Péepem house sought to integrate traditional elements of the vernacular architecture (Maya) with a modern composition, that integrates with the natural environment that surrounds it.
The project was developed in a surface of 266 m2 and with a constructed area of 153.2 m2 divided into two levels and separating the public space from the private one, with a floating floor to separate the nature of the concrete and protect the user. All the lower floor has a full view of the nature with the use of a full wall of glass to let the user live the nature that surrounds the house.

Be Grand Reforma it’s a modern interpretation of art deco with vertical lines along its more than 200 meters high, drawn in precast concrete pieces, to frame each window along the building; architecture that coexists with the interior, that interprets this architectural current and expresses it in its clearly defined lines.
It is a mixed-use building, for offices, housing and commercial premises, which has 50 levels and 7 basements, which are divided as follows: 7 parking levels under the sidewalk level, an access level (PB) with commercial premises, 7 parking levels above the sidewalk, 10 office levels, a shared level for offices and mechanical area, a level of amenities and 29 levels for housing and Roof Garden.

HDI Seguros Campus Corporativo is a building planned to house the administrative activities of the HDI insurance company. A building that has all the comforts to comply with the functioning and operation.
The project has 4 main buildings that are distributed along the land, in such a way that their living areas are immersed in space. The buildings are distributed as follows:
- Two Operation buildings (offices).
- A distribution and interaction module between the different blocks.
- A building of amenities.
The development has a full landscape design to the employees, among the buildings to make all integrated and let the users make their recreational activities.

Mercado San Cristobal is a project developed with SEDATU initiatives to intervene in the San Cristobal de las Casas market and improve the conditions and quality of the space to their users.
The project sought to integrate the existing architecture and respect the internal anatomy of the project and respect the internal distribution, in order to have the least impact on the operation of the current project.
With the architectural proposal of creating these teeth that, in addition to creating a more spacious and dignified space inside, also provide better lighting and natural ventilation. The propousal give the actual project caracter and a new look with a colored concrete and a lot of more access to invite de users to get in the market.
Local Types
Morelia 10 is a Mixed-use building project located in Mexico City in Roma Norte neighborhood. The project has a high residential density, housing 15 apartment levels with 428 units and amenities areas.
The project has 2 commercial levels in the outline of the project, allowing the integration of users in an area with the traffic of the Roma neighborhood.
The project is materialized in apparent concrete in two colors to distinguish the commercial area from the residential area, in response to the need for the structure as it is a high-risk area. It also has two underground parking floors to the commercial service. The building claims to be EDGE certified.
