A successful grand “Awards and Alumni Night” was held in a Resort in Mont Kiara, KL. This night summed up the final award winners for best performing AIESECers throughout the year. Also, the night had successfully engaged stakeholders like UM Student Affairs and so. All members were rewarded with at least an official certificates signed by TNC of UM.

Sample Framework: http://bit.ly/12yWaeF 4.2 Collaboration with Teach for Malaysia (TFM) Two Episodes were carried out with collaboration with TFM to encourage volunteerism and internal raising. A few speakers from TFM are Alumni of AIESEC UM. One should be mentioned is Goh Jing Pei who is in charge of Strategy & Development for TFM, also running Otak-Otak Programme was an Alumni for AIESEC UM.

4.3 Initiatives for Episode The Episodes for term 2012/13 are called Open Episode as it is open to all people who are interested to join without restricted only to AIESECers. TM-COMM synergy. COMM would be the main in charge of promoting Episodes and TM is preparing the content of Episodes. This would give way to flexible recruitment and exchange programmes promotion. 4.4 Alumni Engagement inserted in Episode As mentioned above, TM often informs alumni regarding our events such as Recruitment Info Sessions, Episodes, Awards Night and so on. There are quite a number of Alumni willing to participate as a visitor or facilitator or presenter. Our events mentioned manage to have Alumni as our speakers and presenter.

4.5 Local Leadership Development Seminar (LLDS) A Xcapade was held in Port Dickson and managed to get more than 80 members attend which is a great increase in amount of participants compared to few years back. The focus for the LLDS is on member bonding and organizational knowledge to facilitate a faster organizational growth. The contents also aligned with the 4 Success Essential model introduced by MC. 4.6 Team Building Day It is an event mainly for Members Motivation and Engagement. A series of activities was conducted in one day to create bonding among members.
