Advise the concierge of your arrival and the pantry and refrigerator will be stocked, your personal belongings will be available, and the fireplaces will be lit. Timeless Features Mayacama has limited the Hillside Homes collection to only ten residences built on carefully selected, ridge-top home sites. Each home will have its own unique architectural character, features, and finishes. For homes not yet under construction, there is an opportunity for owners to participate in the selection of the finish level and materials. Financial Sense Appreciating that it is increasingly difficult to justify the costs associated with owning and maintaining a second home, Mayacama is offering shared-equity interests in the Hillside Homes. The features of this program include: • Hillside Homes are available in one-quarter-share interests, allowing 90 nights per year, with a maximum of four owners and a minimum of two owners per home. • Owners will receive a deed giving them the ability to finance the purchase, enjoy tax benefits, and realize appreciation at sale. • Each home will be professionally maintained. Concierge and maid service will be provided. • Legacy Memberships are available to an owner’s parents or adult children, providing generational access to Mayacama. • If your Hillside Home is being built, Mayacama will provide accommodations in the Club’s Casitas for a select number of nights. With a Hillside Home, you significantly reduce the capital cost of purchasing a second home, have frequent access to a magnificently appointed retreat, and enjoy the personalized services of a private club.
