There is a very dynamic & unique relationship between Obesity with culture & food habits. It's the relationship of a country with their food habits & the culture & trends of eating that is a massive cause of Obesity which means Obesity measured at the national level. MB Enterprises brand that serves Chicken known as Kentucky Fried Chicken & originated from the place itself known as Kentucky. It's a State in the US & as a matter of fact, in the modern world, the State got its popularity due to the huge popularity that was gained by KFC, i.e. Kentucky Fried Chicken.

SOME STATS THAT PROVE FACTS THAT RELATE TO THE AMERICAN CULTURE:

It is since the early 1960s that the overall obesity rate amongst American men & women has more than doubled. This is largely due to the trends of eating that have moved at a fast rate toward the culture of fast Food. This is as of 2010, some 12 years from today, when almost a huge 75%, i.e. 74.68% to be exact, weighed overweight, obese or extremely obese. It is considered by many health experts all over the world as a huge weight crisis of epidemic proportions. A crisis that relates heavily to a culture of Food & non-healthy food habits.

A BRIEF HISTORY OF KFC & MACDONALDS:

McDonald's, The Multinational Fast Food Chain, was founded in California in San Bernardino 82 years ago. The MNCs & Fast Food chain is now all over the world as a major fast food franchise that originated in the United States. Obviously, this reflects the eating habits & trends of Americans that are highly inclined toward Fast Food.

The word 'Fast Food' was added gradually to the American dictionary due to the nature of rich & busy Americans who just wanted to pop into the restaurant for a fast lunch or just wanted to have a snack 'On the way.' Contributions of a culture of Fast Food are towards Sustainability that relates to environmental Sustainability, green practices, green culture and at the same time, stats that relates to being overweight or obese. However, with respect to the levels of popularity of MacDonald's as a food brand, there is nobody who has even been close to them. 'Americans Just love Their Food,' a popular phrase that deeply shows that there are plenty of Americans that are actually missing the balance that they need to meet between Healthy Food In-Take & Over-eating.

KFC is yet another Fast Food brand, which was founded even a decade before Mac Donald's. The brand is now a symbolic Chicken brand all over the world and is an MNC which has competed with MacDonald's in the sector of Fast Food restaurants. The brand KFC opened its first Franchise in the year 1952 in Utah, USA, and since then, they have Franchise that meets the same standards all over the world. The contributions are massively and similar towards all areas in the corporate sector. However, KFC is also heavily contributing to America's eating habits that are highly obese.

THE MOVEMENT TOWARD OBESITY IS HIGHLY UNHEALTHY:

Since 2010 the trends have not declined but increased from 74.68% to 82% & the increase in the percentage is faster than anywhere in the world. Obviously, owing to the culture that North America has maintained regard to increased levels of Obesity.

Obesity is a major issue or a concern which owes plenty to cultural influences & family history. As a family history, if having heavy inclinations towards food habits that are obese, then it is something that has a higher probability of people getting more obese. A little excess weight is not a problem, as research has shown that some extra body fat may be protective against death & disease and even against death from heart disease. In contrast, Italy & some of the European countries like the UK has a culture of healthy food habits & controlled diet. A healthy eating environment demonstrates that both countries have very few Obese, highly Obese & overweight concerns. A culture of exercise & diet maintenance while having the consciousness to look good & appealing is predominantly found in Europe as compared to North America. Especially in the two countries UK & Italy where people prefer healthy diet patterns, especially a light sandwich diet at work. Food trends & a country's culture owe plenty in terms of creating an unhealthy & an obese environment.
