This would surely lead to an obstruction as you might have to stop somewhere in the middle for the sake of refueling your car. Similarly, as you have planned in your new year’s resolution, you have to take actions in similar ways. Otherwise, you might lack the motivation & the commitment to get hold of your New Year’s plan.

FOCUS ON ONE GOAL AT A TIME:

Focusing on one goal at a time or achieving one small goal can actually boost your belief in yourself. For the sake of larger goals just consider breaking them apart into manageable chunks. Just for the sake of working on one at a time. According to APA or American Psychological Association who suggests that focusing on just one behavior at a time is more likely to lead to long-term success.
