It was the goal of the four-person public awareness team at the Women’s Fund to increase the collective voice of underrepresented women and girls to create effective public policy solutions for all Nebraskans. With increased engagement through digital communications and virtual events as well as accessible content, the team helped to support advocacy on 24 legislative bills with five of those bills becoming law.
