SecureCare grows steadily on strength of innovation by Dwain Hebda
For nearly three decades, SecureCare has grown from a small group of chiropractors looking to provide a streamlined suite of network management services to a trendsetter in the conservative care arena nationwide. During that time, the Omaha-based company has compiled an impressive set of numbers that attests to its success: 15,000 network providers and annually, 8.1 million patients seen and $1.5 billion managed. Louis Andersen, CEO, said the company’s growth has been partly thanks to a renaissance in health care, whereby insurance companies are more welcoming of conservative care, such as physical therapists, chiropractors, speech therapists, occupational therapists and athletic trainers. When Dornan Law Team launched, the world was confronting a crisis of a different kind. Now, 15 years onward from its Great Recession origins, the practice now known as Dornan, Troia, Howard, Breitkeutz & Conway is growing with a variety of legal specialties ranging from criminal, civil, and family law, to personal injury workers’ compensation, and immigration, to estate planning and business law.

People and plants: a connection between the two exists, and Artemis Tea & Botanical is helping people rekindle that relationship or discover it for the first time. Artemis Tea & Botanical is a small, artisan, woman-owned tea company that is focused on rewilding traditional tea culture. Owned and operated by Andrea Lawse, the company officially
began in 2017.
