ALPS 2015
Dear AIESECer, Thank you for reading this and showing interest to participate in ALPS. As you maybe already know ALPS is a conference with long tradition for AIESEC in Austria. The concept of the conference has changed from generation to generation, but one thing is constant : ALPS is a conference which should bring us back to the core of AIESEC – leadership. This year ALPS has a goal for each and every delegate to understand that fundamental solution for problems around the world is nothing else but leadership . And AIESEC as youth leadership organization is THE organization that should work on those problems. Each of the 4 days of ALPS follows one element of LDM . The goal is for delegates to understand each element through their own experience, so they can use it in every day work to create their own and others’ experience better than ever. I’m more than happy that you decided to live this experience with us and help us to make AIESEC in Austria strong, leadership oriented entity.

Important: All facis and track managers are required to attend online meetings and to be physically present in Vienna on pre-meeting. Also including all 4 days of conference and postmeeting in Vienna. Late coming or leaving earlier will not be acceptable. Travel cost from Vienna to venue and conference fee will be covered for all facis and track managers. Travel costs from your city to Vienna will not be covered from AIESEC in Austria. All applications should be sent at tatjanamutabdzija@gmail.com in .pdf format, named ALPS2015_trackmanager/faci_yourfullname before ddl. Every application must have answers to all questions, 2 videos linked in app and session outline or agenda attached to application. 2. AIESEC XP List all the positions you've held in AIESEC so far, including the dates. Give a brief overview of your faci/training experience, including conferences you facilitated at (internal or external), and any TtTs you have attended.
3. Specific questions Why do you want to be track manager at ALPS 2015? If you would have unlimited resources (time, money, people etc) what is one new thing you would implement as track manager in order to make this conference better? Choose one track (TMP or TLP) and create proposal of agenda for one day if you know that objective of days are following: day 1 – world citizen, day 2 – self aware, day 3 – empowering others, day 4 - solution oriented. Record 2 videos, one where you will present yourself and your motivation to apply (max 2 min long) and another one where you will present agenda proposal you created (min 2. min, max 4 min long).
