CHILI COOK OFF

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 14 | 2:00pm-4:00pm

What's better than Chili on a chilly January day? Join us for Brook Valley's Chili Cook Off! There is a $5 entry fee for those who want to participate in the competition. Participants must make 2 gallons of chili. There is a $5 tasting fee which allows you to try various chilis. Crackers will be provided and tickets will be given to vote for your favorites. The fan-favorite will be awarded with the People's Choice Award and that member will be given a prize!

BOURBON SPECIAL NIGHT

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 15 | 6:00pm-8:45pm

Are you a bourbon fan? Did you know Brook Valley receives select allocated bourbons not readily available to all? Join us for this special bourbon night when we will be releasing Forrester's Birthday Bourbon. One-ounce pours of this rare treat will be available for purchase paired with Chef's select appetizers. Other select bourbon options will also be available from the bar. See you there!

SUPERBOWL WING PICKUP SPECIAL

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 12 | 4:00pm-6:00pm

We will have wings available for pickup on Super Bowl Sunday! Orders will be accepted starting Friday, January 27 and the cutoff is Thursday, February 9. Wings must be picked up between 4:00 - 6:00.

RESERVATIONS REQUEST

During this time of year we are all very busy and coming to the Club is a wonderful evening out. In order to provide premium service and ample food preparation, we kindly ask that you call ahead for reservations no later the 3:00pm the day you wish to dine. For all special events (SPF Night, Date Night, Birthday Night, etc.), we kindly ask that you adhere to our reservation deadlines as posted on the website and in the newsletter, as we may have maximum numbers that we can allow based on space and product ordering deadlines. Online reservations may be made up to 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your continued support!

KARAOKE NIGHT

Join us for a fun filled night of Karaoke and dancing suited for all ages! DJ Captain Morgan will be playing all the tunes. Stay tuned for a themed menu and attire.
