LIFTING BASICS FOR TEENS
Wednesday's I September 7, 14, 21, 28 Time: 4:30pm Cost: $20 per Session Trainer: Nick Chavis Other lifting days available upon request. Learn proper lifting habits early. Teens should start slowly with lighter weights, gradually progressing to heavier loads. They must be able to maintain good form and control during all repetitions. This will ensure they are using a weight they can handle.
