ENTRY FEE

- $150 per couple. Includes lunch before golf, non-alcoholic beverages & snacks while on the course during play, heavy hors

d’oeuvres after golf and awards for flight winners.

PRACTICE ROUND

- Optional practice round tee times may be made through your home club professional staff. Appropriate fees will apply.

TEAMS

- 2-Person teams made of couples defined by the Rules and Regulations of McConnell Golf. Full Golf members only.

(MCG Corporate and National Members are eligible)

FORMAT

- Best Ball Gross and Net of the Twosome (Same ball may be used for both scores)

HANDICAP

- 80% of handicap

STARTING TIME

- The event will be a 12:00pm shotgun start

FLIGHTS - Flights will be determined by the tees played. Payouts will be determined by the number of teams in each flight. Prizes will be awarded for best gross and net in each flight.

TEES TO BE PLAYED

White Tees - 6302 yards (Men ages 59 and under)

Green Tees - 5581 yards (Men ages 60 and over)

Red Tees - 5126 yards (Ladies)

REGISTRATION

Registration deadline is Tuesday, September 21st and is limited to the first 40 teams. You may register by calling your home club professional staff or online through the McConnell Golf Calendar on the website.

FROM THE BASELINE

With dog days of summer coming to an end and the autumn months quickly approaching it is time to reflect on a great summer of tennis. From our Wimbledon event, to Ladies Member/Guest, to our adult summer ladder, and everything in between it sure has been an eventful summer! With no signs of slowing down we are looking to continue this trend in the months ahead. From tennis to pickle ball and everything in between our goal is to have something for everyone and keep these courts rocking! Along with that we plan on offering a multitude of different Adult Clinics. Whether you are new to the game, or you’re a seasoned veteran we plan on having options for every tennis player at the club! We hope to see you all out at the courts and if there is anything we can do to make your time at the club more enjoyable, please do not hesitate to let us know!

COSTUME ROUND ROBIN

It’s time to get creative and have some fun with our Ladies’ Costume Round Robin. You do not need a partner to sign up. We will pair you up and switch you around.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday I 8:00am Cost: $15 per Person Come join our pros and get your heart rate up to start your day! This hour long clinic will have you running and gunning as you improve your strokes and get great exercise! SIGN-UP IS REQUIRED!!!

Every Wednesday I 6:00pm Cost: $20 per Person - 7:30am

Come on out for a fun evening of drills and competition after a long day at work or with the kids! This clinic will focus on hitting lots of balls, doubles strategy, and shot placement

BEGINNER LADIES'

Tuesday I 6:00pm - 7:00pm I Friday I 10:00am

Cost: $15 per Person - 11:00am

Whether you re’ new to tennis or haven’t picked up a racquet in years we have just the clinic for you! This is your chance to come out and learn the game of a lifetime! INTERMEDIATE LADIES'

Tuesday I 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Cost: $20 per Person

This clinic is ideal for our 3.0 ladies! This power hour and a half is designed for the intermediate player and combines live-ball drill sessions with situational point play.
