30 Day FITNESS CHALLENGE

JUNE 1-30 Participant has 30 days to accumulate 100 miles through cardiovascular exercise. Miles can be obtained by running, cycling, swimming, or by using any of the cardiovascular training machines in the Cardio Room of IronWorks Gym. The first 50 participants to complete the challenge will receive an award! Pick up cards at IronWorks Gym Front Desk May 26-30.
