Command Financial Specialist appointment remains in effect for 3 years. If you are a CFS and need to extend the CFS appointment beyond 3 years, you will be required to attend the refresher training. The training includes personal financial curriculum updates, financial resources and an open session to share program implementation ideas with fellow Command Financial Specialists.

Join EFMP as we provide an overview of the Social Security and Medicaid Waiver to address eligibility requirements, application process and how they could benefit you or your family member with special needs. This semi-annual training involves a variety of topics coordinated and delivered by the subject matter expert from community resources. The SSI and Medicaid Waivers Workshops are conducted on a quarterly basis. The EFM sponsors and family members, Command and MCCS program representatives are encouraged to attend.
