2nd Annual Charity Fishing Tournament Benefitting children and adults with disabilities in Central Illinois Camp Big Sky continues its mission of providing accessible outdoor recreational opportunities to children and adults with disabilities. The 2nd Annual Charity Fishing Tournament will be held Saturday, May 21, 2011 at the Lakeland Park in Canton, IL. This event will team our campers with experienced tournament fishermen for a very special event to raise funds to benefit our camp. • 20 teams will compete in a Bass Masters style tournament complete with first class boats and an exciting Weigh-In Ceremony, providing participants with a memorable experience. • Revenues from sponsorships and a raffle will benefit Camp Big Sky. Last year more than 1,000 people with physical, developmental, cognitive, sensory, and age-related disabilities, along with hundreds of their family members, friends, and caregivers, visited our camp--all at no cost to our guests.
