Requirements for first-time applicants to apply for Peoria Promise Peoria Promise is a 100% donor-funded program that offers eligible Peoria area students attending Illinois Central College (ICC) up to a 100% out-of-pocket tuition reimbursement. If you’ve never previously received a Peoria Promise scholarship, you must meet the following criteria to apply.
Use this checklist to see if you qualify for Peoria Promise

Currently live at a qualifying address
q
Graduate from a public high school while living at a qualifying address
q
Graduate in 2013 or after from one of these public high schools:

Complete at least three full grades in a public school while living in a qualifying address
q
If you’ve completed any college coursework, including dual credit:

IF YOU QUALIFY, you may apply for Peoria Promise. Apply online and access our application checklist to help guide you through the scholarship process at peoriapromise.org. Applications are due March 1 each year.
All students must submit a new application each year for Peoria Promise, regardless of whether past applications were accepted or declined.
