Cycle: A challenging and fun class where riders work on strength, endurance, and speed Pedal through hills, climbs, sprints, and other drills while enjoying choreographed music .

High Fitness: Transforms old-school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i e HIIT, plyometrics, etc ) with music you know and love

Hi-Yo: A fun, music driven, and choreographed stretching This class borrows the postures and techniques from yoga in a less strict or structured manner

Pilates: This full body workout will help you strengthen your back and abdominal muscles You will also improve your balance, posture, coordination, and increase flexibility You will use your body's own resistance, magic ring, balls or weights

Strength Circuit: A body conditioning class involving endurance, resistance, high-intensity aerobics, and exercise performed in a circuit You will work on building strength and muscular endurance

Upbeat Barre: Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training

Yoga at Old Settler’s Recreation Center: Guided meditation to de-stress, invigorate and uplift your spirit! You will learn proper form and technique by focusing on physical and mental strength building Bring your yoga mat

*Yoga at Recreation Center at Towne Lake: Join instructor Rosanne Hartley for smooth, flowing, and physically exhilaratin yoga that will help you relax while improving core strength and functional movement
