Potential New Member Bill of Rights

The PNM Bill of Rights states, PNMs have the right to: a. Be treated as an individual. b. Be fully informed about the recruitment process. c. Be treated with respect. d. Be treated as a capable and mature person without being patronized. e. Be fully informed about the binding agreements implicit in the membership acceptance signing. f. Ask questions and receive true and objective answers from recruitment counselors and members. g. Ask how and why and receive straight answers. h. Have and express opinions to recruitment counselors. i. Have inviolable confidentiality when sharing information with recruitment counselors. j. Have a positive, safe, and enriching recruitment and new member experience. k. Make informed choices without undue pressure from others. l. Make one’s own choice and decision and accept full responsibility for the results of that decision.
