The adjustable guide fence can be set between 0 - 180mm thick to allow precision cuts and the swivel blade guard doubles as a way to push the meat against the blade without risking your fingers. When the time comes to store away and clean down the machine, the front saw guard easily opens to allow access to the blade while the tray at the bottom of the machine collects the excess fine waste. As an additional safety feature, this saw is fitted with an integrated safety micro-switch that isolates the power when the door is open.
