Lightness and openness were key features that served as the foundations for the design of a new Moama home.

Stylish: The bathroom features a large bath and fl oor-to-ceiling imported Italian tiles. With bright timber fl oors and high ceilings throughout, wide hallways, fewer doors and an open-plan design, the new home at 6 Hakea Court, Moama, feels spacious and roomy. The north-east facing home allows plenty of natural light in, adding to the bright and open feel throughout the home. The magnifi cent property took a year to design and build, but the hard work and eff ort has certainly been worthwhile. The owners focused heavily on the kitchen area and their dedication and planning have resulted in a fantastic cooking and dining area. The spacious kitchen features a stunning single-piece stone splashback that not only looks incredible, but with no grout joints or corners it makes cleaning a breeze.
