Iker and Eneko Pou, the rock climbers from Vitoria, Spain, have created their own digital magazine to recount their adventures in the mountains, taking their social communications to another level. The magazine, entitled "BE FREE", is a declaration of their intention to always "free climb" the routes they choose. The publication will be released on a quarterly basis and will be accessible and downloadable for free.
With this new project, the Pou brothers hope to increase their following and provide more detailed accounts of their expeditions and climbs, but in an innovative way. There are three characteristics which define this quarterly magazine, which will be published in English and Spanish- innovation, interactivity, and participation.
