Customer Flow for Youth

Customer Flow for Partners

100% 60%

0% 70% MC 1719 AIESEC IN SLOVAKIA

DONE 1st sem - Global focus on still reaching 100% for Youth and therefore we did not do anything since we already had 100% 2nd sem - creation of new CFI checklists, which we filled but did not build any strategies based on them since they were finished in March and are still in development stage

RESULT We actually dropped in Youth and grew in partners - not follow upon neither from global or national side. - the only success is that we know where we are actually standing when it comes to the customer flow implementation.

MC 1719 AIESEC IN SLOVAKIA

The definition is 100% • Fulfillment of both checklists every month The biggest bottlenecks that we have to be 100%:

CFI Youth: • • • •

Young people only sign up on aiesec.org - done, need to inform AI Inform customers about the AIESEC Experience App and its use AIESEC delivers the 16 Exchange Standards AIESEC has a system in place to offer more opportunities to EPs - done, need to inform AI

CFI partners: • Contracts: Signed before opportunity creation - need to solve in iGV • Invoicing on Approval - in all products • Delivery of Standards #5 & #13 - should be done by new concept of ES

MC 1719 AIESEC IN SLOVAKIA

MC 1719 AIESEC IN SLOVAKIA

…is how others want us to show up in the world — how we’re supposed to think, what we should or shouldn’t say, what we should or shouldn’t do. It’s the sum of expectations that others layer upon us. When we choose the journey is smooth, the risk is small.

…is who we are, what we believe, and what we do when we are alone with our truest, most authentic self. It’s our instincts, the things and places and ideas we burn for, the intuition inside of us. is what happens when we stop conforming to other people’s ideals and start connecting to our own. When we choose , we are listening to our calling from within.
