Awards criteria - the 2017 term-

Awards timeline Summer peak (01.03.2017 – 30.09.2017) and Winter Peak (01.10.2017-28.02.2018) will be awarded at DARE 2017 and BRAVE 2018.

Recruitments will be awarded at these conferences as well.

2017 EB term will be awarded on LEAD 2018.

>> relative growth of recruited members compared to recruitment last year >> RCTM planning & tracking tool fulfilled in ddl Eligibility criteria: Recruitment planned with the 0.7 – 1.0 productivity rate & 70% of recruited members present at the conference.

Customer Experience Award

- criteria -

>> highest NPS Eligibility criteria: 60% plan fulfillment of realizations for the peak

LEAD 2018

B est VP Award

- criteria -

General >> attendance on all national conferences, functional summits and roadshows >> contribution for the national commission B2C >> 50%: PF of oGV Sign-Ups, 30%: PF of RCTM Sign-Ups, 20%: oGV conversion rate

Customer experience areas >> 50%: # absolute growth of realizations, 50%: % of EPs received all Exchange standards

B est VP Award

Talent management >> 50%: PF for RCTM (average for both peaks), 50%: % of teams with at least 80% Team Standards implementation

Finance >> 70%: # absolute growth of realizations, 30%: % of EPs received all Exchange standards

Acting Sustainably Award

- criteria -

>> 50%: average of retention rate, 50% relative growth of Real State of Finance Eligibility criteria: - none

Activating LeadershipAward

- criteria -

>> average no. of applicants for leadership positions (EB and TL) Eligibility criteria: Absolute number of members should grow compared to the same period last year.

Demonstrating Integrity Award
