AIESEC in Slovakia, November 2016
Foreword: Culture Survey is a bi-annual research amongst the current members of AIESEC in Slovakia. It’s carried out in autumn and spring - both @mes aAer new members’ recruitment. It’s purpose is to map out the organisa@onal culture - mo@va@on, environment, aDtude towards AIESEC and it’s people. This report provides data insights based on each ques@on or correla@ons between more ques@ons. Data is interpreted according to each LC or area. The purpose of the insights isn’t to judge, but rather to understand and map out, how can the culture be used and shaped in order to improve the organisa@on.

Dislikes about AIESEC: Based on keyword analysis. The variety of comments in “dislikes” was a lot higher than in “likes”. It turns out that those are more individual problems to be discovered and addressed personally, rather than a big internal problem that requires a common solu@on. On the other hand, it’s good to watch out for this kind of indicators to make sure they don’t increase too much.

Dislikes about AIESEC: As it was men@oned in the General Report, the variety of comments in “dislikes” was a lot higher than in “likes”.
