How could we work with them as well for this Summer Peak? Who do you see could be potential partners for this peak taking into consideration supply and demand? b) Which you believe were the main gaps on the performance? c) Create a framework of how to work with IR for the Network (taking into consideration timeline and your strategy of working) 2. CXC - GE Project Manager 1. Create a timeline of the proposed GE project (RE starting in half of January). You do not have to come up with the whole project in this task. 2. Create an action plan that will ensure that GE projects can run smoothly for WP. 3. Bring 3-5 GCPs from all around the network where iGE grew thanks to projectization.
CXC - Approval Manager 1. Analyze the current state of process time in the entity for both iGE and iGT. Where do you see the bottlenecks? What can be solutions? 2. Create a backwards plan counting with having 3 waves for iGT. - Every wave for 15 EPs to one company. - Count every KPI: #Applicants, #Approvals - Divide KPIs on a timeline. (RE should start in October/ February/ May)
CXC - IR Manager for GE 1. Analyze the market and report the results, take into consideration the positioning of entity and attractability of Slovakia for foreigners. a. GT: European union entities that could bring to Slovakia the most number of german or french speakers. (at least 3 entities; mostly BA background+IT) b. GE: 3 entities with the highest supply for GE EPs (IT background, Marketing background) 2. Provide strategies with clear action steps that would solve these issues: - LCs not able to sustain their IR - S&D alignment within the region (of AIESEC in Slovakia towards other entities)

What is the importance of data management and analytics? What MoSes are important for Talent Management Area? Make an analysis choosing 3 LCs at your choice from AIESEC in Slovakia. Your analysis should contain Retention Rate, Productivity, Team Standards implementation and main bottlenecks of year 2017. Come up with solutions for each bottleneck from each LC.
3. Come up with 2 innovative ideas of how to empower the team leaders [LCPs, VPs, TLs] of our entity to implement team standards, in a way which at the end of 2018 to have 100% fulfilment of team standards implementation.
