Requirements EB member of 2016 or Alumnus During 50 years of AIESEC existence in Slovakia, we had 9 different Local Committees, and from that up to 7 LCs at the same time. We believe that now is the time to grow disruptively in number of LCs. We saw that this is possible with the opening of the first three expansions in BuB, STU and Zilina. This was the story of “it is possible”. MOS:

List the 5 main entities that AIESEC in Slovakia should work with and the goals you would like to set with them. Why did you choose those countries and goals? b. Create a timeline, showing when and how (each step) you would approach the entities and guarantee the partnership. 2. Describe 3 bottlenecks that AIESEC in Slovakia faces when it comes to approval process.

1. Describe 3 bottlenecks that AIESEC in Slovakia faces when it comes to host families program implementation. 2. How will you downscale the strategies to the network and make sure they will be implemented properly? Create a timeline with your actions and wanted outcomes. 3. How can we guarantee that the host families program will be sustainable and continue working on the next peaks?

1. Create a timeline of the proposed GE project (RE starting in half of January). You do not have to come up with the whole project in this task.
2. Create an action plan that will ensure that GE projects can run smoothly for WP.
3. Bring 3-5 GCPs from all around the network where iGE grew thanks to projectization.

1. Analyze the current state of process time in the entity for both iGE and iGT. Where do you see the bottlenecks? What can be solutions?
